摘要: Method and apparatus for comminuting cellulosic materials such as paper and destructible constituents of trash and garbage wherein the material is supported on a flat wire screen presenting sharp, upwardly directed edges and wherein the material is subjected to the force of jets under a high enough pressure to impact the material at at least 100 psi. The disclosure provides for varying the force of jets to accommodate differing qualities of material and to selectively comminute only that which is desired to be introduced into a slurry, the force being insufficient to comminute materials to be rejected.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a nanocellulosic material based on the use of fractioning of cellulosic pulp stream from pre-treatment or mechanical defibrillation (partially refined/defibrillated pulp) in combination with stages of mechanical defibrillation, in which both the accept fraction and the reject fraction can be conveyed to stages of consistency adjustments so as to precede another distinct defibrillation stage. For example, if the accept is conveyed to a consistency adjustment preceding a second defibrillation stage while the reject is conveyed to the other independent stage of consistency adjustment to return to the first stage of mechanical defibrillation.

摘要: Methods of preparing partially dried or essentially completely dried compositions comprising microfibrillated cellulose and an inorganic particulate material may include microfibrillating a fibrous substrate comprising cellulose in an aqueous environment by grinding in the presence of an inorganic particulate material to form an aqueous composition comprising microfibrillated cellulose and inorganic particulate material, wherein the fibrous substrate comprising cellulose has a Canadian Standard freeness equal to or less than 450 cm, wherein the fibrous substrate to the inorganic particulate material are in a ratio of about 99.5:0.5 to about 0.5:99.5, and wherein the microfibrillated cellulose has a fibre steepness of from about 20 to about 50; by treating the aqueous composition comprising microfibrillated cellulose and inorganic particulate material to remove at least a portion or substantially all of the water of the aqueous composition to form a partially dried or essentially completely dried composition comprising microfibrillated cellulose and inorganic particulate material.

摘要: A method and device for separating a printing ink and a fiber by dry-process magnetic force difference coupled vibration. The device comprises a fiber crushing machine unit (1), a magnetic force difference coupled vibrator (2), an acceleration fan (3), a ballistic rebounding and resorbing device (4), a material settling and conveying pipe (5), and a cylindrical separator (6) which are sequentially connected by means of pipes. According to the method and the device, separation of printing inks and fibers in waste paper can be implemented by means of dry-process magnetic force difference coupled vibration, and recycling of waste paper products is implemented.

摘要: A device and method for counter collision treatment. The device includes: first and second nozzles oppositely disposed so as to inject jets of a highly pressurized fluid into a body protective ring; the injection directions of the first and second nozzles are determined so as to intersect with an angle at one point located in front of the nozzle orifices thereof. Further, the jets from the first and second nozzles are caused to collide with each other to thereby effect homogenization of the fluid by impact-fragmentation. Yet further, one of the first and second nozzles is provided with a turning mechanism for enabling the nozzle to turn around the fixed injection direction as the axis of the turn while keeping the injection direction unchanged.

摘要: The present invention provides methods for obtaining Baobab fibers derived from Baobab trees. The methods include obtaining Baobab plant material, dewatering of the Baobab plant material, and subsequent separation of the dewatered Baobab plant material. The present invention allows a resource-saving separation of the fibers, for example, through a dewatering of the Baobab plant material. Baobab fibers obtained according to the methods of the present invention can be used for a variety of purposes, for instance, for producing chemical pulp, paper, paperboard, carton, special papers, fabrics and fiber-reinforced plastics.
