摘要: The present invention relates to a multiply containerboard for use in corrugated board, said multiply containerboard comprising: a first outer ply, a second outer ply, and at least one intermediate ply sandwiched between the first and second outer ply, wherein said first and second outer ply comprise at least 70 wt % neutral sulfite semi chemical (NSSC) pulp based on dry weight, and wherein said intermediate ply comprises at least 30 wt % unbleached kraft pulp based on dry weight and at least one cellulose based strength enhancement agent, and wherein said intermediate ply comprises less than 30 wt % NSSC pulp based on dry weight.

摘要: The present invention relates to a multiply containerboard for use in corrugated board, said multiply containerboard comprising: a first outer ply comprising a strength enhancement agent, a second outer ply comprising a strength enhancement agent, and an interfacial layer joining said first and second outer ply, wherein each of said first and second outer ply comprise at least 50 wt % neutral sulfite semi chemical (NSSC) pulp based on dry weight, and wherein said interfacial layer comprises a strength enhancement agent in an amount of 0.5-20 gsm wherein the amount of strength enhancement agent in the interfacial layer is higher, preferably at least twice as high as the concentration of the strength enhancement agent in each of the first and second outer ply.

摘要: There is provided a paper for packaging of medical devices comprising 5-25 wt. % (dry) synthetic fibres comprising polyester and 2.0-12.0 wt. % (dry) of a latex binder or 1.0-5.0 wt. % (dry) of a starch binder, wherein the length of the synthetic fibres is 8-14 mm and the thickness of the synthetic fibres is 5.5-9.0 dtex and wherein the paper has a grammage according to ISO 536:2012 of 70-110 g/m2.

摘要: The present invention is directed to products, such as paper and paperboard products, comprising a substrate containing a recycled cellulose-containing material and top ply comprising one or more inorganic particulate material; to methods of making such paper and paperboard products, and associated uses of such paper and paperboard products. The microfibrillated cellulose and inorganic particulate material are applied at a stage when the substrate comprising a wet web of pulp is in the process of being formed on the wire of a papermaking machine, thereby avoiding the additional cost of more extensive equipment and machinery as well as in separate drying of a coating. The microfibrillated cellulose facilitates the application of inorganic particulate onto the surface of a wet paper or paperboard substrate.

摘要: Packaging paper consisting of an unbleached kraft paper with a kappa value according to ISO 302:2015 between 38 and 60, preferably between 40 and 58 as base paper, which is optionally coated on at least one side, wherein the kraft paper is made of at least 90% primary pulp, has a basis weight according to ISO 536:2019 between 60 g/m2 and 150 g/m2 and an air resistance according to ISO 5636-5:2013 (Gurley) between 5 and 30 seconds, wherein the base paper has an elongation at break in the machine direction according to ISO 1924-3:2005 between 2.5% and 8.5% and has a Bendtsen roughness according to ISO 8791-2:2013 between 70 ml/min and 600 ml/min, preferably between 150 ml/min to 550 ml/min, more preferably 200 ml/min to 500 ml/min, and process for its production.
