Abstract: Provided are a method of performing cell reselection and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method includes: performing data transmission or data reception while the UE is in RRC IDLE state or RRC INACTIVE state; measuring a serving cell quality; and starting a cell reselection prohibit timer when the quality of the serving cell is better than a threshold, wherein a cell reselection procedure is prohibited while the cell reselection prohibit timer is running.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing a conditional mobility based on a congestion level in a wireless communication system is provided. That is, the congestion level may be considered as mobility triggering condition of the conditional mobility. A wireless device performs a congestion level measurement, and receives a conditional mobility configuration associated with multiple target cells from a serving node. The conditional mobility configuration includes a threshold for the congestion level. The wireless device performs a mobility towards one target cell among the multiple target cells based on a result of the congestion level measurement and the threshold for the congestion level.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for deprioritizing access on an unlicensed band based on user equipment (UE) preference in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device attempts to access a cell on an unlicensed frequency and starts a timer. When the timer expires, if the wireless device is a licensed preferred wireless device, the wireless device deprioritizes the unlicensed frequency. If the wireless device is an unlicensed preferred wireless device, the wireless device deprioritizes only the cell. The wireless device performs a cell reselection according to the de-prioritization.

Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) selects a carrier among a plurality of carriers, receives information on a channel busy ratio (CBR) threshold from a network, and triggers a carrier reselection. When a CBR of the carrier satisfies the CBR threshold, e.g. the CBR of the carrier is below than the CBR threshold, the UE keeps using the carrier. That is, the carrier reselection is not performed when the CBR of the carrier satisfies the CBR threshold. On the other hand, when a CBR of the carrier does not satisfy the CBR threshold, the UE performs the carrier reselection.
