Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a first set of repetitions of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communication using a plurality of sets of values for a set of transmission parameters on a first set of frequencies using frequency hopping; and transmit a second set of repetitions of the PUSCH communication using the plurality of sets of values for the set of transmission parameters on a second set of frequencies using frequency hopping. Abstract: A UE may receive a first indication of a mapping of a plurality of layers to a c-CW and a p-CW from a network entity, indicating that the c-CW corresponds to at least one first layer of the plurality of layers and the p-CW corresponds to at least one second layer of the plurality of layers. The plurality of layers, the c-CW, and the p-CW may be associated with rate-splitting for MIMO communication. The UE may identify a first set of modulated symbols and a second set of modulated symbols that are mapped to the at least one first layer and the at least one second layer, respectively, based on the first indication. The UE may perform a decoding process for at least one of the c-CW or the p-CW based on at least one of the first set of modulated symbols or the second set of modulated symbols.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive a sidelink control indicator (SCI) from a second UE and selects resources and directions for communication. The SCI may include one or more resources and corresponding directions reserved by the second UE. The first UE may use the resources and directions indicated in the received SCI to select available resources with which to reserve forward direction transmissions, reverse direction transmissions, or both. For example, the first UE may avoid reserving resources and directions corresponding to the resources and directions indicated in the received SCI, or may reserve such resources despite receiving the SCI, such as if the received SCI has a relatively low reference signal received power (RSRP). The first UE may transmit an SCI indicating resources reserved by the first UE and associated directionalities.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may measure one or more candidate bandwidths, each of the one or more candidate bandwidths corresponding to a candidate channel. The apparatus may also select an operating bandwidth of the one or more candidate bandwidths based on the measured one or more candidate bandwidths, the operating bandwidth corresponding to an operating channel. Additionally, the apparatus may adjust an energy detection threshold of a reference bandwidth based on a sensing bandwidth. The apparatus may also determine whether a transmission medium is available based on at least one of the adjusted energy detection threshold or an interference level of at least one signal.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support group-based acknowledgment feedback techniques. Two or more different groups of downlink transmissions may each have an associated group-based acknowledgment feedback, and a base station may transmit downlink control information to a UE that indicates one or more parameters that are used to determine which downlink transmissions are to be reported in the group-based feedback. Based on the parameters in the downlink control information, the UE may determine the feedback to be reported, and a timing for when to transmit the feedback to the base station.
