Abstract:
A method and device for music format switching. A tone editor is first selected to compose ring tones in accordance with a first music format. It is determined whether a switch operation has been executed. If the switch operation has been executed, the ring tones are composed in accordance with a second music format.
Abstract:
A latch structure disposed in a casing having a first opening and a second opening includes a pressing member, an elastic member, a hook member and a guiding member. The pressing member is disposed in the first opening. The elastic member has one side connected with the casing and the other side connected with the pressing member. The hook member pivoted with the pressing member has a hook portion and a protrusion. The guiding member has a multi-route circle groove, which has a first route, a second route, a third route, and a fourth route in turn. A step exists between two adjacent routes. The moved pressing member moves the protrusion along the first route, the second route, the third route and the fourth route such that the hook portion passes through the second opening to be exposed from the casing or be hidden inside the casing.
Abstract:
A method for adjusting an optical axis of an optical disc drive. The method includes the following steps. A first reflecting member is disposed on a turntable of the optical disc drive, and is rotated along with the turntable. A laser light is emitted on the first reflecting member by a laser collimator, and a normal vector of the turntable is measured based on a light point reflected to the laser collimator from the first reflecting member. A second reflecting member and a third reflecting member are disposed on a guide bar of the optical disc drive. A first initial vector and a second initial vector are measured based on a light point reflected to the laser collimator from the second reflecting member and the third reflecting member. The guide bar is adjusted based on an oblique vector of an optical of an optical pickup of the optical disc drive, the normal vector of the turntable, the first initial vector, and the second initial vector so that the optical axis of the optical pickup is parallel to the normal vector of the turntable.
Abstract:
A height adjusting mechanism suitable for a keyboard is provided, and the keyboard is placed on a flat surface and has a casing. The height adjusting mechanism includes a fixing piece, a cylinder, a first gear and a second gear. The fixing piece is disposed on the casing and has a container and at least a supporting part that extends into the container. The cylinder has at least a spiral guide on its sidewall and the supporting part slides along the spiral guide when the cylinder rotates. In addition, the first gear is assembled to the cylinder so that the first gear and the cylinder can rotate simultaneously. The second gear and the first gear are meshed with each other so that the second gear can drive and rotate the first gear to adjust the relative distance between the casing and the bottom of the cylinder.
Abstract:
A circuit board clamping mechanism and a testing device using the same. The circuit board clamping mechanism is for clamping a main circuit board and an extending circuit board. The extending circuit board is coupled with the main circuit board, and there is a titling angel between the extending circuit board and the main circuit board. The circuit board clamping mechanism includes a substrate board and a clamping element. The main circuit board is disposed on the substrate board. The clamping element includes a clamping part and a fixing part. The clamping part is for clamping the extending circuit board. The fixing part is disposed on the substrate board and is coupled with the clamping part. The clamping part and the fixing part form an L-shaped structure.
Abstract:
A mobile computer with a desktop type processor. The mobile computer further includes a battery, a current sensor, and a clock generator. The battery supplies a current to the desktop type processor. The current sensor is coupled to the battery, and detects a value of the current supplied by the battery. When the value of the current achieves a standard value, the current sensor outputs a change signal. The clock generator is coupled to the current sensor and the desktop type processor respectively, and outputs a clock signal to the desktop type processor based on the change signal from the current sensor so as to change an operational frequency of the desktop type processor and the current supplied by the battery.
Abstract:
A portable computer and a shock absorber assembly thereof. The portable computer includes a body, a hard disc drive, a supporting member, an isolator, a frame, and a damper. The hard disc drive is disposed in the body. The supporting member is disposed on the hard disc drive. The isolator is disposed on the supporting member. The frame is disposed on the hard disc drive. The damper is disposed on the frame. Thus, the hard disc drive is connected to the body by the isolator, and connected to the frame by the damper. As a result, the vibration generated by the hard disc drive is isolated to avoid affecting the other portions of the portable computer.
Abstract:
An electronic apparatus with a subscriber identity module (SIM) card and the phone directory management method thereof are provided. The electronic apparatus allows the user to store a group of phone numbers which belong to the same contact name in the SIM card using specially designed identity codes.
Abstract:
A portable computer with a position-adjustable keyboard is used to provide a comfortable typing environment. More space is laid out for accommodating the keyboard, and the act of opening the panel is used to move the keyboard position. An adjustment mechanism is installed around a rotation shaft of the portable computer. A first gear is mounted on and rotated simultaneously with the rotation shaft. A cylinder is positioned adjacent to the rotation shaft, and a second gear is mounted thereon. A wire, rolled around the cylinder, interconnects the position-adjustable keyboard and the cylinder. When the panel is unfolded, the first gear rotates with the panel, and drives the second gear. The wire, pulled by the cylinder, moves the position-adjustable keyboard to the desired position for comfortable typing.
Abstract:
An electronic module with a track identification function and a keypad identification function is provided. The electronic module includes a touch-control element and a driver. The driver has a track identification mode and a keypad identification mode. When the driver receives a switch signal, the driver mode is switched between the track identification mode and the keypad identification mode. In the keypad identification mode, the touch-control element has at least a key position. When a user presses the key position, the driver provides a key command. In the track identification mode, the driver provides a cursor position signal.
