Abstract: Technology is provided for supporting different numerologies for concurrent intra-frequency measurements and downlink data reception. A user equipment (UE) may send a message to the a wireless network to indicate whether the UE supports a mixed numerology wherein a different subcarrier spacing (SCS) is used in a serving cell or a neighboring cell for concurrent processing of at least two of: intra-frequency measurement by the UE of a synchronization signal block (SSB); intra-frequency measurement by the UE of a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) for mobility; and reception by the UE of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). Based on the indication, the network may configure at least one of a CSI-RS measurement expectation, an SSB measurement expectation, and a scheduling restriction for reception of the PDCCH or the PDSCH by the UE.

Abstract: A method for Resource Allocation for Msg-3 Transmission on an unlicensed spectrum may include receiving a random access response (RAR) grant comprising a 12-bit frequency domain resource allocation (FDRA) field. If the resource allocation type is type-1 some embodiments may zero padding the FDRA field to interpreting the 12-bit FDRA and determine a starting position of allocated resources where a Scheduled PUSCH Transmission is transmitted in an unlicensed spectrum. Some embodiments may use a virtual Bandwidth Part (BWP) to obtain a starting position and a length of allocated resources.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) communicates with transmission-reception points (TRPs). When the UE generates uplink control information (UCI), it determines a higher layer index (HLI) value to target the UCI to the appropriate TRP. (Possible values of the HLI are associated with the TRPs.) For UCI on Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH), the HLI value may be determined: based on an HLI value configured for a control resource set (CORESET), or for particular Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resources; based on UCI type or spatial relation data or an index related to PUCCH resources. Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for performing uplink transmissions during a dual active protocol stack handover. A wireless device may determine a propagation delay between the wireless device and each of a source cell and a target cell of a dual active protocol stack handover by the wireless device. The wireless device may provide an indication to the source cell of the propagation delay between the wireless device and the source cell, the propagation delay between the wireless device and the target cell, and a propagation delay difference handling capability of the wireless device. The cellular base station that provides the source cell may determine a time division multiplexing pattern for uplink communication for the wireless device during the dual active protocol stack handover based at least in part on the information provided by the wireless device.

Abstract: In an example method, a user equipment (UE) device determines an offset length of time associated with transmitting or receiving data over a wireless network. The UE device transmits an indication of the offset length of time to the wireless network. The UE device transmits or receives, during a first time interval, a first portion of data to or from the wireless network though a first wireless link. The UE device transmits or receives, during a second time interval, a second portion of data to or from the wireless network though a second wireless link. An end of first time interval is offset from a beginning of the second time interval by the offset length of time.
