Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for allocating resources for environment sensing. In an aspect, a base station transmits a first radar reference signal (RRS) on a first set of resources comprising first time resources, first frequency resources, first spatial resources, or any combination thereof, wherein the first set of resources is selected to enable a first user equipment (UE) to perform a first type of environment sensing, and transmits a second RRS on a second set of resources comprising second time resources, second frequency resources, second spatial resources, or any combination thereof, wherein the second set of resources is selected to enable a second UE to perform a second type of environment sensing, wherein the second set of resources is different from the first set of resources, and wherein the second type of environment sensing is different from the first type of environment sensing.

Abstract: Aspects relate to implementing a non-dropping rule for mini-slot based repetition of downlink channel data or control. In one example, cancelled repetition may be identified, non-cancelled remaining repetitions may be received, and acknowledgment feedback based on reception results may be generated. In another example, a plurality of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidate occasions may be identified where each occasion occurs within a different respective one of a plurality of mini-slots, each mini-slot carrying a different respective one of a plurality of downlink channel repetitions. A TDRA table may be maintained. The TDRA table may include TDRA entries such as location information of the plurality of TDRA candidate occasions associated with the plurality of downlink channel repetitions. The TDRA table may be maintained when at least one of the plurality of downlink channel repetitions is not decoded. A wireless communication device may refrain from dropping non-decoded downlink channel repetitions.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first wireless communication device may receive a configuration associated with reporting delta channel state information (CSI). The first wireless communication device may compute the delta CSI based at least in part on the configuration, the delta CSI indicating a difference between first CSI associated with a first connection and second CSI associated with a second connection, the first connection being between the first wireless communication device and a base station and the second connection being between the first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device. The first wireless communication device may transmit, based at least in part on the configuration, a CSI report including an indication of the delta CSI and at least one of an indication of the first CSI or an indication of the second CSI. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first and second user equipment (UE) may perform a handshake procedure to establish a cooperation agreement designating one or more frequency and time resources which the first UE is to act as the proxy device for the second UE. For example, the first UE may receive a sidelink message directed to a second UE from a third UE. The first UE may determine to act as a proxy device for the second UE with respect to the sidelink message based on the sidelink message being received during a time resource designated for the first UE to act as the proxy device for the second UE. The first UE may proceed to transmit to the third UE feedback information associated with the sidelink message, and may transmit the sidelink message to the second UE on behalf of the third UE.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. To support a reliable array response for wideband communications, a base station may configure a set of transmission instances for a set of signals distributed across a wideband carrier bandwidth. At least one transmission instance of the set of transmission instances may be configured in each sub-band of the carrier bandwidth. The base station may transmit the set of signals in the configured transmission instances to a user equipment (UE). The UE may receive the set of signals distributed across the carrier bandwidth and may measure, for the signals, a set of signal measurements corresponding to the set of sub-bands. Based on the signal measurements, the UE may determine a set of communication beams for the set of sub-bands. Using one or more of the determined communication beams, the UE may communicate with the base station in the carrier bandwidth.
