    Abstract: Aspects relate to implementing a non-dropping rule for mini-slot based repetition of downlink channel data or control. In one example, cancelled repetition may be identified, non-cancelled remaining repetitions may be received, and acknowledgment feedback based on reception results may be generated. In another example, a plurality of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidate occasions may be identified where each occasion occurs within a different respective one of a plurality of mini-slots, each mini-slot carrying a different respective one of a plurality of downlink channel repetitions. A TDRA table may be maintained. The TDRA table may include TDRA entries such as location information of the plurality of TDRA candidate occasions associated with the plurality of downlink channel repetitions. The TDRA table may be maintained when at least one of the plurality of downlink channel repetitions is not decoded. A wireless communication device may refrain from dropping non-decoded downlink channel repetitions.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first wireless communication device may receive a configuration associated with reporting delta channel state information (CSI). The first wireless communication device may compute the delta CSI based at least in part on the configuration, the delta CSI indicating a difference between first CSI associated with a first connection and second CSI associated with a second connection, the first connection being between the first wireless communication device and a base station and the second connection being between the first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device. The first wireless communication device may transmit, based at least in part on the configuration, a CSI report including an indication of the delta CSI and at least one of an indication of the first CSI or an indication of the second CSI.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support backscatter-based positioning. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting a tag configuration message that indicates a first tag configuration and a second tag configuration. The method also includes transmitting a positioning reference signal (PRS). The method also includes receiving, from a first tag device, a first backscatter signal based on the PRS, and receiving, from a second tag device, a second backscatter signal based on the PRS. The method includes transmitting a measurement report that indicates a first round trip time (RTT) of the first tag device, and a second RTT of the second tag device. The first RTT is based on the first tag configuration and the first backscatter signal, and the second RTT is based on the second tag configuration and the second backscatter signal.
