    Abstract: A voltage converter is provided. The voltage converter includes a charge pump and a switching circuit. The charge pump includes an input capacitor, where two ends of the input capacitor are electrically connected to an input end and a ground end respectively. The switching circuit includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, and a fourth switch, and these switches are connected in series. The first switch is electrically connected to the input end, the fourth switch is electrically connected to the ground end, a capacitor is connected in parallel with the second switch and the third switch, and an output end is electrically connected between the second switch and the third switch.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE keeps a dedicated Preconfigured Uplink Resources (PUR) configuration when the UE is in Radio Resource Control (RRC) idle state and a serving cell of the UE is a second cell, wherein the UE is configured with the dedicated PUR configuration in a first cell different than the second cell. The UE selects a third cell during a RRC connection re-establishment procedure. In response to the selecting the third cell, the UE determines whether or not to release the dedicated PUR configuration based upon whether or not the third cell is the same as the first cell, wherein the determining whether or not to release the dedicated PUR configuration is performed when the UE is in RRC connected state.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for latency reduction of device-to-device message in a wireless communication system. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a grant on a first interface wherein the grant indicates resource for transmitting scheduling information and resources for data transmission on a second interface. The method also includes the UE transmitting a first scheduling information on the second interface in a first specific timing interval and transmits a second scheduling information on the second interface in a second specific timing interval, wherein the timing difference between the second specific timing and the first specific timing is indicated by the grant, and wherein the first scheduling information indicates a first timing offset between the first scheduling information transmission and the data transmission, and the second scheduling information indicates a second timing offset between the second scheduling information transmission and the data transmission, and the first timing offset is different from the second timing offset.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first User Equipment (UE) to support PC5 QoS flow to SL-DRB (Sidelink-Data Radio Bearer) remapping. In one embodiment, the method includes the first UE establishing a sidelink communication with a second UE. The method further includes the first UE mapping a PC5 QoS flow of the sidelink communication to a first SL-DRB. The method also includes the first UE transmitting a PC5 RRC (Radio Resource Control) message to the second UE, wherein the PC5 RRC message indicates the PC5 QoS flow is mapped to a second SL-DRB. In addition, the method includes the first UE transmitting an end-marker control PDU (Protocol Data Unit) to the second UE after successful transmission of the PC5 RRC message has been confirmed by lower layer(s) or after receiving a PC5 RRC complete message corresponding to the PC5 RRC message from the second UE.
