Abstract: A base station may establish a cellular link with a user equipment (UE) according to a single frequency network scheme. The base station may then determine one or more control resource set (CORESET) transmission configuration indication (TCI) states and transmit signaling to configure the UE with the one or more CORESET TCI states. Additionally or alternatively, the one or more CORESET TCI states may be useable by the UE in performing communications with at least one of a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP associated with the cellular link with the cellular network.

Abstract: Methods to enhance the coverage of NR systems for coverage-limited wireless devices are disclosed. A serving base station may configure a coverage-limited UE with parameters for the UE to operate in a coverage enhancement mode through RRC signaling, DCI, or RAR grant. The UE may use the configuration parameters to determine whether to enter into the coverage enhancement mode when connecting and communicating with the serving base station. The configuration parameters may configure the UE to exploit both time diversity and frequency diversity to extend and enhance coverage when receiving PDSCH and PDCCH channels. The UE may use the configuration parameters to receive PDSCH and PCCCH that are coverage enhanced using time repetitions and frequency hopping. Advantageously, the base station may flexibly and dynamically configure the UE with coverage enhancement parameters to extend the coverage of the UE using time diversity and frequency diversity gains as the UE moves around.

An embodiment provides an apparatus for a Next Generation NodeB (gNB), including circuitry, which is configured to: generate Downlink Control Information (DCI) payload for a NR-Physical Downlink Control Channel (NR-PDCCH); attach Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) to the DCI payload; mask the CRC with an Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) using a bitwise modulus 2 addition operation, wherein the number of bits for the RNTI is different from the number of bits for the CRC; and perform polar encoding for the DCI payload with the masked CRC.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems to coordinate resource allocation between two UEs for sidelink communication. A receiving UE receiving sidelink communication from a transmitting UE may configure coordination resources used to coordinate sidelink communication between the two UEs. The receiving UE may receive from the transmitting UE data indicating resources reserved and intended to be used by the transmitting UE to transmit sidelink data to the receiving UE. The receiving UE may determine a coordination message used to indicate whether the resources reserved by the transmitting UE are available for use by the receiving UE to receive the sidelink data from the transmitting UE. The receiving UE may determine resources from the coordination resources to be used to carry the coordination message and may transmit the coordination message carried on the selected resources to indicate to the transmitting UE whether to use the reserved resources for the sidelink data.

The wireless device may be configured to receive, from the network entity, a downlink control information (DCI) message that may include a time domain resource assignment field (TDRA) that may indicate a set of PUSCH transmission configurations included in the data structure. The wireless device may perform PUSCH transmissions spanning multiple TTIs according to the indicated set of PUSCH transmission configurations over an unlicensed band.
