Abstract: A jump server receives a command to restart a set of distributed units (DUs) at one or more cell sites. In response, the jump server executes a wrapper script that logs in to a backend server, copies an input file that identifies the set of DUs to a user-specific directory at the backend server. The jump server also copies a bulk DU restart script to the user-specific directory at the backend server. The jump server initiates the execution of the bulk DU restart script at the backend server. The execution of the bulk DU restart script causes the backend server to restart the set of DUS, generate an output log file that comprises the results of the DU restart process, and store the output log file in the user-specific directory.

Abstract: A digital twin system is able to provide a virtual representation of physical device and network infrastructure components in real-time. The digital twin system receives an indication of a user account associated with one or more devices associated with a network. The digital twin system identifies one or more network infrastructure components for the network which interact with the one or more devices associated with the user account. The digital twin system receives data describing the interaction of the devices with the network infrastructure components. The digital twin system causes the data describing the interaction of the devices to be displayed to a user.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to representing and using metadata via graph database. In some aspects, a method includes receiving, at one or more computing devices, first metadata associated with data files from one or more data sources, the first metadata representing a plurality of features of associated data included in the data files, the plurality of features including at least one of a file name, a table name, an attribute, a row name, and a column name; determining relationships among the plurality of features to generate second metadata representing content of the data files; and generating a graph database representing the content of the data files, the graph database including a set of nodes and a set of edges, wherein each node in the set of nodes represents a feature of the plurality of features, and each edge represents a relationship between two nodes in the set of nodes.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for cell sleep state detection and recovery are provided. In the method and apparatus, one or more connection state criteria indicative of whether a cell is in a sleep state are evaluated to determine whether the one or more connection state criteria are met. The one or more connection state criteria are selected from a random access channel (RACH) criterion, a channel measurement criterion, a cell handover criterion, a connection statistics criterion, a connected user equipment criterion, or a measurement change criterion. It is determined whether the cell is in the sleep state based on whether at least one of the one or more connection state criteria are met and in response to determining that the cell is in the sleep state, action is taken to cause the cell to exit the sleep state.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for cell sleep state detection and recovery are provided. In the method and apparatus, an O-RAN network entity evaluates one or more resource utilization criteria indicative of whether a cell is in a sleep state to determine whether the one or more resource utilization criteria are met. The one or more resource utilization criteria are selected from a PUCCH criterion, a throughput criterion, a PRB utilization criterion, a PDCCH utilization criterion, a transmit or receive power criterion, a modulation and coding scheme criterion, a BLER criterion or a supplemental downlink criterion. The network entity determines whether the cell is in the sleep state based on whether at least one of the one or more resource utilization criteria are met and in response to determining that the cell is in a sleep state, causes the cell to exit the sleep state.

Abstract: Various arrangements for creating a slice on a cellular network are detailed herein. A cellular service request that indicates various metrics for a slice may be received from a client. A test function may be created on the cellular network based on the cellular service request. Via a radio access network (RAN) of the cellular network, access to a reduced-scale slice that provides access to the test function for a small set of user equipment (UE) of the client can be provided along with access to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the reduced-scale slice. The reduced-scale slice may later be converted to a production slice that provides access to the network function for a larger set of UE of the client.

Abstract: A handheld object assessment system includes a laser array, a detector array configured to detect reflection of laser emissions, and a control system having a memory and a processor. The control system to: initiate laser emissions at multiple different wavelengths directed towards an object being assessed, detect an amount of the laser emissions at the multiple different wavelengths that were reflected from the object being assessed, determine an amount of laser emissions that were absorbed into the object being assessed at the multiple different wavelengths, determine one or more parameters regarding the object being assessed by comparing the amount of laser emissions that were absorbed and the amount of laser emissions that were reflected, and notify a user of the handheld object assessment system of the one or more parameters of the object being assessed that were determined.

Abstract: System, method, and non-transitory machine-readable media to facilitate adaptive monitoring and authentication control for a premises on which a raised structure is located are disclosed. First sensor-based data received from first sensors may be processed, consequent to the first sensors detecting phenomena on or around a raised structure. A particularized specification of recognized patterns mapped to a first location may be adaptively developed, the particularized specification of the recognized patterns including recognized patterns of sensor input from the first sensors. Second sensor-based data that is based on the first sensors may be processed. A mismatch of the second sensor-based data with respect to the particularized specification of the recognized patterns mapped to the first location may be detected. Activation adjustments in operation of one or both of the first sensors and second sensors may be selectively caused, and subsequent sensor-based data may be collected based on the activation adjustment.

Abstract: Systems and method are directed towards dynamically updating a remote management system of changes in e911 records. An e911 computing system may determine if an e911 record has been deleted from a local database. In response to determining that the e911 record has been deleted, the e911 computing system notifies a management system of the e911 record being deleted. The e911 computing system may also determine if the e911 record is new. In response to determining that the e911 record is new, the e911 computing system provides the e911 record to the management system. The e911 computing system may also determine if the e911 record has changed. In response to determining that the e911 record has changed: the e911 computing system generates a table of changes to the e911 record and provides the table of changes to the management system.
