摘要: Additional information for each musical program is automatically recorded on an optical disc. A digital voice signal reproduced from a mini-disc is sent to an MD system via a digital voice signal line and recorded on another mini-disc. Additional information such as the title of a musical program is sent via a serial communication line 6 to a MD control microcomputer and stored in its RAM which stores U-TOC information. The U-TOC information stored in RAM is recorded on the mini-disc before it is dismounted from the MD system.

摘要: A vibration proofing mechanism whose springs are not required to be newly extended when the mounting position of an apparatus using the mechanism is changed. Two types of vibration proofing springs extend between the cabinet of the apparatus and a floating chassis in different directions. A displacement adjusting spring extends between a spring latch movably supported by the cabinet and the floating chassis. The displacement adjusting spring corrects the displacement of the floating chassis relative to the cabinet caused by the force acting to the vibration proofing springs in the direction different from the direction of gravitational force.

摘要: Cue and review functions are provided sufficiently for a digital recording and reproducing apparatus having a speed of reading information recorded in a recording medium faster than that of converting the read data into analog signals. A buffer memory is provided with has a capacity allowing to produce sounds for a sufficient time period. The following operations are repetitively performed during the cue or review operation. When one of a cue and review is issued, the contents of the buffer memory is cleared, the read position of the recording medium is then jumped from the present read position to a new read position remote from the present read position by a predetermined amount, data of a predetermined amount is thereafter read starting from the new read position and written in the buffer memory, when the data in the buffer memory is converted into an analog signal and the buffer memory becomes empty, the read position of the recording medium is jumped from the last read position in a predetermined direction and by a predetermined amount and data of a predetermined amount is read starting from the other new read position.

摘要: In multi-channel PCM music broadcasting system, a plurality of blocks are time division multiplexed, each block having at least one music channel for a PCM formatted music signal and having an independent operation mode information.
