摘要： The invention relates to a commercial dishwasher (1) which is in the form of a batch dishwasher and has a treatment chamber (2) for accommodating washware which is to be cleaned and also has a drying device for drying washware which is accommodated in the treatment chamber (2) as required. The treatment chamber (2) is divided into a first region (2a) and a second region (2b) which is or can be physically separated from said first region. The drying device has a first sorption unit (3) containing a reversibly dehydratable dry material and has a first fan (5), which is associated with the first sorption unit (3), for forming a first air circuit in the first region (2a) as required in such a way that air is conducted out of the first region (2a) through the first sorption unit (3) and then returned to the first region (2a). The drying device has a second sorption unit (4) containing a reversibly dehydratable dry material and has a second fan (6), which is associated with the second sorption unit (4), for forming a second air circuit in the second region (2b) as required in such a way that air is conducted out of the second region (2b) through the second sorption unit (4) and then returned to the second region (2b).

The wash arm is driven to lift and rotate when washing the oven by the action of the pressure from the wash water used therein. 摘要： A conveyor dishwasher has at least one wash zone, at least one final rinse zone, and conveyor apparatus. In order to reduce the consumption of disinfection chemical and energy, but to nevertheless maintain a desired final rinse result, the final rinse liquid which is sprayed in the final rinse zone has a metered disinfection chemical, and at least one additional final rinse zone arranged downstream of the final rinse zone provided for spraying fresh water without a disinfection chemical onto the washware to be treated. The at least one additional final rinse zone has an associated collection device for collecting liquid which is sprayed in the additional final rinse zone. Furthermore, a liquid transfer system is provided, it being possible to supply the liquid which is collected in the collection device directly to the wash zone by means of said liquid transfer system.

摘要： A machine for wrapping items to produce packages includes default settings which provide appropriate parameters for wrapping packages based on a ubiquitous feature of the item such as tray size. In addition, one or more exceptions to the default settings are included such that items of a given value for the ubiquitous feature which require special or unusual handling parameters will be detected and handled according to these different parameters. These parameters including exceptions are readily transferable between multiple wrapping machines. An autocalibration feature allows for specific differences in the tolerances and settings of different wrapping machines.

摘要： A warewasher for washing wares includes a housing defining an internal space with at least one spray zone for washing wares. A liquid delivery system provides a spray of liquid within the spray zone. A tank includes an inlet that is connected to a hot water source for filling the tank with hot water. The liquid delivery system receives water from the tank. An exhaust vents heated air from the housing. A final rinse system is connected to a cold water source. A heat recovery system is located between the final rinse system and the cold water source. The heat recovery system transfers heat from the exhaust air to the cold water provided from the cold water source. A valve associated with the hot water source selectively supplements the water exiting the heat recovery system with hot water from the hot water source.
