摘要： Provided is water treatment container in which water treatment material for treating water passing through at least a part of water treatment material is sealed. Water treatment container has water treatment container inlet port, which is an inlet port, and water supply pump connection-part, which is an outlet port, on horizontally opposite ends of water treatment container. Space defined between a surface of an upper inner wall of water treatment container and water treatment material is provided on at least a part of water treatment container from water treatment container inlet port to water supply pump connection-part. According to this configuration, if dust component is accumulated in water treatment material because of water treatment, water flows in space defined between the surface of the upper inner wall of water treatment container and water treatment material, which functions as a bypass. It is thus possible to prevent an increase in a pressure loss and a reduction in a flow rate without degrading water treatment performance.

A tank feed water pre-heat system that receives combustion gases from the heating system and that includes a water feed line therein to provide heat exchange between hot combustion gases and water within the water feed line, wherein the water feed line is connected for delivery of pre-heated water to a water inlet of the tank.

According to the present invention, sous vide cooking is enabled by, within a single plate, vacuum treating the space where the object to be cooked is accommodated and controlling the temperature inside the cooking chamber during cooking.

摘要： A convection oven having a vapor collection system; water injection system; easily accessible electrical components; and a variable-speed, reversible blower is disclosed. The vapor collection system collects vapor from the cooking chamber during a cooking event, condenses the vapor, and drains the condensed vapor. The water injection system injects water for impact against a blower wheel for dispersion into the air circulating through the cooking chamber. The electrical components are housed within a housing that in a closed position conceals the components and in a closed position exposes the components for easy access. The rotational speed and direction of the variable-speed, reversible blower is controlled during a cooking event according to predetermined speed curves which may include one or more reversal events to achieve more uniform cooking of food. A main controller is programmable via an operator input (e.g., liquid crystal display touch screen) to control operating parameters of the oven.

摘要： A steam generator system for a cooking appliance includes an in-line heating element coupled to a heating tube, wherein water from a water reservoir is gravitationally fed into the heating tube for heating by the in-line heating element to produce a hot water and steam mixture. A first supply line is coupled to the heating tube to carry the mixture to a separator without the need for moving or complex pump parts. The separator separates steam and hot water from the mixture of the two. A second supply line is coupled to the separator at a first end and opens into the cooking cavity of the cooking appliance at a second end. The second supply line is configured to supply steam separated at the separator to the cooking cavity via a steam outlet disposed in the cooking cavity.
