    摘要: A digital information recording and reproducing method for significantly improving the transfer rate of digital information, comprises the steps of: forming a plurality of light beam guide tracks on a recording medium capable of multiple light-wavelength recording, the tracks being spaced apart by a predetermined pitch and each of the tracks comprising a series of pre-pits disposed in a scan direction and spaced apart by an interval longer than the diameter of a spot of a light beam for use in recording and reproducing; and recording and reproducing an information bit by changing the light beam to have a different wavelength predetermined n times in a predetermined order while the light beam is scanned by one interval of the pre-pits.

    摘要: Optical beams emitted by optical sources are incident on a mirror surface of a scan mirror in a substantially vertical direction and reflected in a substantially vertical direction by the scan mirror. The mirror surface of the scan mirror is driven to repeatedly rotate two-dimensionally by a predetermined scan angle by a scan mirror drive circuit. A polarized beam splitter causes the optical beam emitted by the optical source to be incident on the scan mirror through a quarter wave plate, and outputs the optical beam that has been reflected by the scan mirror and passed through the quarter wave plate toward the screen. A scan angle expander is arranged on the output side of the polarized beam splitter, whereby the scan angle of the optical beam is increased by N times.

    摘要: In a light beam scanning projection apparatus which scans a light beam emitted from a laser light source, an image display apparatus is configured including a plurality of light beams, a reflection mirror for reflecting the light beams to project them onto a screen or the like, and a mirror driving unit for driving the reflection mirror so that the plurality of light beams are incident on the reflection mirror with different optical axes and projected on different projection areas, thereby displaying a single image with a plurality of images. Further, by forming a single image by causing a plurality of the light beams to have predetermined relative angles thereamong so as to make a plurality of images overlap on each other with slight shifts, a scanning projection apparatus is provided with which the luminance of the image is improved while conforming to safety standards.

    摘要: An optical pickup and an optical information recording and reproducing device in which spherical aberration correction control after a disc is loaded can be efficiently made in a short time. Before an information recording medium is loaded into a drive, an optical axis direction position of a concave lens is preset to a state so as to optimize a converging spot on a recording surface of a single-layered medium of as a first recording medium or a predetermined layer (first layer having a substrate thickness of 0.1 mm) of a medium having two or more layers to which the recording/reproduction is executed by a laser light source. After the information recording medium is loaded, if it is determined to be a second (third) recording medium to which the recording/reproduction is executed by a laser light source, setting of the optical axis direction position of the concave lens is changed.
