Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a phosphorus compound represented by Formula 1: wherein each R is the same or different and is independently hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or C6-C12 aryl.
Abstract:
A cross-linked polyphosphonate and a thermoplastic resin composition including the cross-linked polyphosphonate are disclosed. The composition may have excellent flame retardancy and mechanical strength and superior appearance and heat resistance.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a bishydroxyarylsiloxane compound. The bishydroxyarylsiloxane compound has a novel structure in which a particular moiety is introduced between siloxane blocks. Due to this structure, the physical properties of a copolymer of the bishydroxyarylsiloxane compound and a polymer can be tuned. Further disclosed is a method for preparing the bishydroxyarylsiloxane compound.
Abstract:
A photoresist composition includes a binder resin, a photo acid generator, an acryl resin having four different types of monomers, and a solvent.
Abstract:
A non-halogen flameproof resin composition is disclosed. The resin composition includes a base resin including (A) about 80 to about 99% by weight of an aromatic vinyl resin and (B) about 1 to about 20% by weight of a polyphenylene ether; and (C) about 0.5 to about 30 parts by weight of a cyclic t-butyl phosphonate, based on about 100 parts by weight of the base resin comprising (A) and (B).
Abstract:
A toner/developer mixing roller is rotatably disposed in an inside of a housing to mix a developer with toner supplied into the housing to supply a mixture of the developer and the toner to a developing roller. The toner/developer mixing roller includes a roller body and a sheet of a reticular form rolled around the roller body.
Abstract:
A transfer jam detecting apparatus for a wet type electrophotographic color printer capable of detecting various kinds of jams occurring at a transfer roller, including: a printed matter entrance sensor disposed on a front side of a transfer roll, for detecting an entrance of a printed matter into the transfer roll; a feed roll disposed by a shaft to be rotated in either direction on a transfer section printed matter guide disposed on a rear side of the transfer roll, the feed roll being passively rotated by the conveyed printed matter; a pressing roll assembly disposed on an upper portion of the feed roll, for pressing the printed matter in a manner that the feed roll is passively rotated by the conveyed printed matter; and feed roll rotational direction detecting section for detecting the presence of a jam by detecting the rotation and rotational direction of the feed roll. The feed roll rotational direction detecting section includes a rotational plate disposed on the shaft of the feed roll, and having a plurality of sensing holes; and a sensor disposed to receive the sensing holes of the rotational plate, for detecting the rotation and rotational direction of the rotational plate. Accordingly, all kinds of jams occurring at the transfer roll can be detected, precisely, and operation of the printer can be timely stopped. Since the kind of the jam is clearly indicated to a user, the user is enabled to prevent serious error in the related parts of the printer which is caused due to a wrap jam, and to remove the wrap-jammed printed matter easily.
Abstract:
A photoreceptor web installation/removing apparatus of a printer includes a roller unit installed in a main body of the printer and having a frame for supporting both ends of a support roller that supports a photoreceptor web. The installation/removing apparatus further includes a pair of mobile brackets, installed on the frame, for supporting both ends of a tension roller. A belt installation cartridge accommodates a new photoreceptor web to be installed on the roller unit and is capable of being inserted in the main body of the printer to encompass the roller unit. A belt removing cartridge removes the photoreceptor web installed on the roller unit and is capable of being inserted in the main body of the printer. A locking/releasing device selectively locks to and releases from the roller unit, the belt installation cartridge or the belt removing cartridge when inserted in the main body of the printer. A recognition device recognizes the type of belt cartridge inserted in the main body of the printer.
Abstract:
A method for adjusting a tension applied to a photoreceptor belt in a printing apparatus includes adjusting the tension applied to the photoreceptor belt according to at least three modes including a normal print mode where tension is applied to the photoreceptor belt for a printing operation by pressing the tension roller in a predetermined direction, a loosened tension mode where the tension to the photoreceptor belt is loosened by decreasing the pressure applied to the tension roller during the suspension of the printing operation, and a belt replace mode where the tension to the photoreceptor belt is released to replace the photoreceptor belt, by releasing pressure applied to the tension roller. The mode switching into each mode includes operating a driving motor which drives a tension adjusting unit, to adjust the tension of the photoreceptor belt; detecting the position of the tension adjusting unit; recognizing a mode corresponding to the position of the tension adjusting unit; and stopping the driving motor to stop the operation of the tension adjusting unit if the mode to be switched to is recognized. Therefore, during suspension of the printing operation, the mode can be switched into the loosened tension mode, so that the tension to the photoreceptor belt can be loosened without damage to the photoreceptor belt. As a result, a partial stiffening and folding of the photoreceptor belt at the bent portion thereof can be prevented.
