Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining, from a network server device, first information regarding a first device, generating a media control package based on the first information, wherein the media control package relates to primary content to be presented, wherein the primary content is associated with a first timestamp that corresponds to a first event or context in the primary content, and wherein the media control package includes a first instruction for controlling the first device when a playback position of the primary content corresponds to the first timestamp, and causing the media control package to be provided to the network server device to enable augmentation of a presentation of the first event or context via control of the first device, in accordance with the first instruction, when the playback position of the primary content corresponds to the first timestamp. Abstract: Techniques are described for providing targeted software and hardware updates for user equipment (UE) based on specific user profiles related to their usage thereof. In one example embodiment, a system includes a processor and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations. These operations include clustering user identities into different user groups based on different goals determined to be applicable to the user identities related to usage of user equipment respectively associated with the user identities. The event RSVP can indicate whether the user plans to attend the event. The event RSVP can also indicate whether the user plans to attend the event in-person or virtually. The virtual assistant can obtain an avatar associated with the user. The avatar can include user identity information that uniquely identifies the user for the event. The virtual assistant can assist the avatar in joining an avatar group that includes a plurality of avatars, including the avatar of the user.
