Plural cam portions rotatable together with the plural ring members, and a phase control unit for controlling the phases of the plural cam portions are provided in the delay mechanism. One link member of the control mechanism is connected to a delivery tray. When the phases of the plural cam portions match, the delivery tray is opened through the control mechanism by a drive of the delivery roller.
