    摘要: The apparatus for processing an in-process substrate by generating a plasma have a processing chamber with an observation window, in which the in-process substrate is disposed; plasma generating means for generating a plasma in the inside of the processing chamber; irradiation means for projecting a light beam into the inside of the processing chamber through the observation window; detection means for detecting the light projected and reflected from the inside wall of the chamber by the irradiation means; and data processing means for obtaining information on the state of contamination of the inside wall of the processing chamber by processing signals obtained through detection of the reflected light by the detection means, and thereby permitting simultaneously monitoring of both the state of contamination of an inside wall of the processing chamber and foreign materials suspended in the processing chamber, with a single observation window and an optical system composed of one unit.

The optical transmission device includes a core light amplifying unit, and a first buffer light amplifying unit for amplifying a first signal light from a first transmission path and an amplified second signal light from the core light amplifying unit. The first buffer light amplifying unit supplies the core light amplifying unit with the first signal light, and supplies the first transmission path with the amplified second signal light. Also provided is a second buffer light amplifying unit for amplifying a second signal light from a second transmission path and an amplified first signal light from the core light amplifying unit.     摘要: A water pump is connected to a mixer so as to blast high pressure water at a high speed in the mixer. The air and powder are supplied to the blast flow of the high pressure water through an air supply pipe and a powder supply pipe respectively so that a mixture flow composed of the gas, the droplet-like fluid, and powder is formed. The mixture flow is blasted from a nozzle at a high speed so as to be sprayed onto a surface to be treated. Thus, impact actions held by the powder and the droplet-like fluid as cleansing/scraping media are given to the surface to be treated. Thus, a cleansing/scraping operation is achieved. Then, if the fluid, gas or the like supplied to the mixer is heated, the cleansing/scraping operation can be further accelerated.
