    Abstract: The display panel includes: a base substrate; a silicon semiconductor layer, the silicon semiconductor layer including active silicon layers of a driving transistor and an initialization transistor, each of the active silicon layers being provided with a first region, a second region and a first channel region therebetween; a first insulating layer, a first conducting layer, a second insulating layer and an oxide semiconductor layer, the oxide semiconductor layer including an active oxide layer of a voltage stabilizing transistor, the oxide semiconductor layer being provided with a third region, a fourth region and a second channel region therebetween. In the same sub-pixel, the second region of the active silicon layer of the initialization transistor is electrically connected to the third region, and the fourth region is electrically connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor.

    Abstract: A fingerprint identification device, a display panel, a fabrication method thereof, and a display device are disclosed. The fingerprint identification device includes a fingerprint sensor, an aperture diaphragm, and a first shielding structure. The fingerprint sensor includes a plurality of sensing units; the aperture diaphragm is on a light incident side of the fingerprint sensor and includes an aperture through which light is allowed to be incident on at least one sensing unit of the fingerprint sensor; and the first shielding structure is on a side of the aperture diaphragm facing away from the fingerprint sensor, and surrounds at least a portion of the aperture.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate, a gate on the base substrate, a conductive wire above the base substrate, a first insulating layer on the gate and the base substrate, and a shielding structure on the base substrate. A first orthographic projection of the conductive wire on the base substrate is spaced apart from a second orthographic projection of the gate on the base substrate. A third orthographic projection of the shielding structure on the base substrate is located between the first orthographic projection and the second orthographic projection. The shielding structure is used to at least partially shield a crosstalk of the conductive wire to the gate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a gate driving circuit applied to a foldable display panel comprising B display areas arranged in order. The gate driving circuit may include B gate driving subcircuits and a control circuit. Each of the gate driving subcircuits may correspond to one of the display areas and each of the gate driving subcircuits may comprise a plurality of stage gate driving units. The control circuit may be configured to, when the foldable display panel is in a full screen display state, control a type of an input signal in a last stage gate driving unit of a bth gate driving subcircuit to be the same as a type of an input signal in a first stage gate driving unit of a (b+1)th gate driving subcircuit, where B is an integer greater than 1 and b is a positive integer less than B.

    Abstract: A light-emitting control circuit and a driving method of a display device are disclosed. The display device includes a plurality of rows of sub-pixels; each row of sub-pixels includes at least first color sub-pixels and second color sub-pixels; each of the first and second color sub-pixels includes a pixel circuit and a light-emitting unit; the light-emitting control circuit includes a plurality of light-emitting control circuit groups which are in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of rows of sub-pixels; each of the plurality of light-emitting control circuit groups at least includes a first light-emitting control sub-circuit and a second light-emitting control sub-circuit; the first and second light-emitting control sub-circuit provide a first light-emitting control signal and a second light-emitting control signal, respectively; and each of the first and second light-emitting control signal is used for driving the pixel circuit to output a driving current to the light-emitting unit.

    Abstract: A gate driving circuit and a display substrate are provided. The gate driving circuit may provide a driving signal to gate lines, and include output units cascaded to each other and having a same circuit structure. Each output unit includes at least one output transistor, outputs the driving signal to a corresponding gate line through the output transistor, and all the at least one output transistor is coupled to one gate line. The output units are classified as first and second output units. A number of sub-pixels coupled to the gate line corresponding to each first output unit is greater than a number of sub-pixels coupled to the gate line corresponding to each second output unit, and an output capability of at least one output transistor of the first output unit is greater than an output capability of a corresponding output transistor of the second output unit.
