The method includes the following steps: providing an SAF between a set of first access connections and a remote connection corresponding to a HandOver Remote Function (HORF), where each first access connection corresponds to a HandOver Source Function (HOSF) in an HOSF set in a session and is associated with at least one target media stream; associating, by the SAF, a media component corresponding to the target media stream with a second access connection between the SAF and each HandOver Destination Function (HODF) in an HODF set after receiving a stream operation request; performing, by the SAF, a stream operation on the second access connection and processes continuity of the target media stream.

A multilayered coating system consisting of a multicomponent zirconia-base or hafnia-base oxide top layer, an interlayer comprised of a plurality of sublayers and a bond coat layer is provided. The multilayered coating system of the present invention, with an interlayer comprised of a plurality of sublayers, provides a protective coating solution for silicon-base ceramic components exposed to very high temperatures and/or high gas flow velocity water vapor combustion environments. The plurality of sublayers affords for a multitude of interfaces that aid in phonon scattering within the coating system and thereby reduces its thermal conductivity. Furthermore, the plurality of interlayer sublayers afford a strain tolerant buffer between the top layer and substrate and thereby accommodate the thermal expansion mismatch between the oxide top layer (coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) up to ˜8-10×10−6 m/m-C) and the silicon-base ceramic substrate (CTE≈4-5×10−6 m/m-C).

A composition for thermal barrier coatings exhibiting improved thermal conductivity and toughness is provided. The composition is comprised of a base majority oxide, a first dopant oxide, at least one small rare earth oxide, at least one large rare earth oxide and at least one toughening oxide. Compared to traditional thermal barrier coatings, a composition of the present invention provides approximately twice the toughness one-third to one-half the thermal conductivity.

The present invention provides a system and apparatus for a mobile CS user to access an IMS network and a registration method for accessing. The network under the present invention comprises an IMS network for providing IMS services and a CS access network. The network contains a Register Proxy Function (RPF) entity, which comprises a first interface for communicating with the IMS network and a second interface for communicating with the CS access network. The RPF entity is adapted to map a CS registration event which is originated by the mobile CS user through the second interface to an IMS registration event, and initiate registration to the IMS network through the first interface on behalf of the mobile CS user. The technical solution under the present invention enables a mobile CS user to be registered to an IMS network practicably so that the CS user can enjoy rich IMS services.

The method provided by embodiments of the present invention selects the domain according to the call status(es) of the user in any one or both of the CS network and the IMS. Therefore, the problem that two calls are respectively delivered via the CS network and the IMS at the same time may be avoided.

A method for session adding during interworking between a CSI terminal and an IMS terminal in a packet network is disclosed, which includes the following steps: a calling terminal initiating a session request to a called terminal, and a home domain S-CSCF of the called terminal forwarding the session request to a interworking control function entity in the local domain which controls the interworking; the interworking control function entity correlating and matching the existing sessions after receiving the session request; and performing session adding operation according to a result of the correlating and matching. Further disclosed are an apparatus for session adding, and a packet network system for the session adding. In the embodiments of the invention, a second session initiated by the calling terminal may be terminated on the same terminal as the first session; or, the first session initiated by the calling terminal and the existing original first session may be merged into an IMS session on the Called Network side, and the IMS session may be terminated to a called terminal. By using the invention, a CSI terminal may initiate a multimedia session to an opposite IMS terminal.

A thermal barrier coating composition is provided. The composition has a base oxide, a primary stabilizer, and at least two additional cationic oxide dopants. Preferably, a pair of group A and group B defect cluster-promoting oxides is used in conjunction with the base and primary stabilizer oxides. The new thermal barrier coating is found to have significantly lower thermal conductivity and better sintering resistance. In preferred embodiments, the base oxide is selected from zirconia and hafnia. The group A and group B cluster-promoting oxide dopants preferably are selected such that the group A dopant has a smaller cationic radius than the primary stabilizer oxide, and so that the primary stabilizer oxide has a small cationic radius than that of the group B dopant.
