摘要： A slider for slide fasteners comprises a slider body having a pair of upper and lower wings connected at one end by a neck portion to define a guide channel, a pull tab having a pintle provided at its one end and an attaching lug or lugs provided on the upper surface of the upper wing for pivotally connecting the pintle of the pull tab to the slider body. The upper wing has a land provided on the upper surface of the upper wing and disposed around the attaching lug or lugs. Correspondingly, the pull tab has a recessed surface on each side and adjacent to the pintle for receiving the land when the pull tab rests flat on the upper surface of the upper wing.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of developing electrostatic latent images which comprises the steps of;mixing a developer including toners having a mean particle size of 3 to 20 .mu.m and resin-coated carriers with a large number of pores having a pore size distribution of 0.001 to 3 .mu.m and a mean pore size of 0.1 to 0.5 .mu.m on a surface thereof;applying said developer onto a developing sleeve made of nonmagnetic material and arranged oppositely to an electrostatic latent image-retaining member with a minute gap therebetween;forming a magnetic brush of the developer by the magnetic force of a magnet member having plural poles in the circumferential direction thereof, said magnet member fixedly arranged within the developing sleeve;conveying the developer by a rotation of the developing sleeve to a developing zone where the electrostatic latent image-retaining member is arranged oppositely to the developing sleeve; anddeveloping electrostatic latent images by the toners which are held on the developing sleeve.

摘要： A developing device comprising: a drive roller which is driven so as to be rotated; a developing sleeve which is formed by a thin film and has a peripheral length slightly larger than that of the drive roller so as to be fitted around the drive roller; a press member which presses the developing sleeve against the drive roller at one side of the drive roller so as to form a sag portion of the developing sleeve such that the sag portion is brought into contact with an electrostatic latent image support member; and an electric field forming member for forming alternating electric field such that an attractive force capable of bringing the developing sleeve and the electrostatic latent image support member into contact with each other is applied between the developing sleeve and the electrostatic latent image support member.

摘要： The present invention discloses a monocomponent developing device which comprises an image carrying member having an electrostatic latent image formed on its surface, a rotatably disposed actuating roller confronting said image carrying member, a toner transporting member formed of flexible member having a peripheral length longer than that of said actuating roller and loosely mounted thereover, said toner transporting member being an endless thin film member constructed of anisotropic electrically conductive film alternatively comprising insulated portions and electrically conductive portions which are formed by a plurality of electrodes so as to be conductive in the film width direction, and positioning means for positioning said toner transporting member in order to form a slack in the toner transporting member at a location confronting said image carrying member and bringing the slack into contact with the image carrying member.

摘要： An electrophotographic copying apparatus includes a main body, a developing system, removably mounted on the main body, provided with a developing device having the developing sleeve holding a carrier on the outer surface, and a toner cartridge having a toner supply roller which confronts the developing sleeve. A voltage-adjusting device adjusts the bias voltage to be supplied respectively to the developing sleeve and the toner supply roller depending on a toner color so as to generate a predetermined electric potential between the developing sleeve and the toner supply roller. The voltage adjusting device adjusts the bias voltage difference between the developing sleeve and the toner supply roller according to a saturation charge amount which is different depending on the toner color.

摘要： A developing device includes a developing sleeve provided rotatably at a side of an electrostatic latent image support member, a supply member for supplying developer to the developing sleeve, a bristle height regulating member which confronts an upper portion of the developing sleeve so as to adjust an amount of the developer transported to a developing region and a plurality of magnets provided in the developing sleeve. The magnetic poles of the magnets not only extend in an axial direction of the developing sleeve but are arranged in a circumferential direction of the developing sleeve. The magnetic poles include a weak magnetic pole disposed adjacent to the upper portion of the developing sleeve and two strong magnetic poles between which the weak magnetic pole is interposed. The strong magnetic poles have a polarity different from that of the weak magnetic pole.
