摘要: The present disclosure relates to example data transmission methods, user equipment, and access network devices in an LAA-LTE system. An example data receiving method includes determining, by user equipment, first information of a first cell. The user equipment determines a first subframe based on the first information, where a downlink data transmission length of the first subframe is less than a first threshold. The user equipment then determines a data transmission characteristic of the cell in the first subframe based on a preset condition, so as to receive, based on the data transmission characteristic, data including the first subframe. In doing so, a data transmission characteristic of a base station or a terminal is standardized, and a reference signal such as a DRS can be correctly identified.

The method includes: sending, by the data node, scheduling limitation indication information to a first communications node; receiving, by the data node, data scheduling information that is sent by the first communications node to the data node; and sending, by the data node, uplink data to the first communications node, or receiving, by the data node, downlink data sent by the first communications node according to the data scheduling information.

The method includes: sending, by user equipment (UE), auxiliary scheduling information to a first part of or all of network side devices, an uplink transmission state of the UE is determined according to the auxiliary scheduling information, and perform scheduling on the UE according to the uplink transmission state of the UE, where the uplink transmission state is a first uplink transmission state in which uplink data can be simultaneously transmitted on an uplink carrier corresponding to all of the network side devices, or is a second uplink transmission state in which uplink data can be simultaneously transmitted on an uplink carrier corresponding to a second part of the network side devices; and transmitting, by the UE, data according to scheduling information of the second part of or all of the network side devices.

The method further includes allocating, according to priorities of the first channel and the second channel, a first transmit power to the first subframe j and a second transmit power to the second subframe i. The first transmit power is less than or equal to a first power upper limit. A sum of the first transmit power and the second transmit power is less than or equal to a first threshold. A sum of third transmit power of the third subframe i+1 and the first power upper limit is less than or equal to a preset threshold.
