Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and apparatus, and may be applied to the internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V, or may be used in fields such as intelligent driving and intelligent connected vehicles. A first resource is determined in a first resource set, and a jth synchronization signal block in N synchronization signal blocks is sent on a jth candidate resource in N candidate resources. The first resource set includes M groups, and an ith group in the M groups includes X candidate resources. M×X candidate resources included in the first resource set may be used to transmit a synchronization signal block. Each of the N synchronization signal blocks occupies Y symbols in time domain, where Y is an integer greater than or equal to 5. The first resource includes the N candidate resources, and the N candidate resources belong to one or more groups in the M groups.

Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink LBT channel detection method, an uplink data sending method, and a device. The method includes: before transmitting a UL grant, determining, by a base station, based on a service priority in a BSR of user equipment scheduled in a self-contained subframe, a contention window required for performing LBT; and performing, by the base station, the LBT based on the contention window, and after detecting that a channel is idle, transmitting, in the self-contained subframe through the channel, a UL grant corresponding to the user equipment; or after detecting, by using the LBT, that a channel is idle, transmitting, by the base station in the self-contained subframe through the channel, a UL grant corresponding to the user equipment, where the UL grant carries information about the contention window, so that the user equipment performs the LBT based on the information about the contention window.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a communication method, a related device, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, a first preamble sequence that is sent by a first terminal in a time window; sending, by the network device, a response message to the first terminal based on the first preamble sequence; receiving, by the network device, a first message sent by the first terminal, where the first message includes information used to identify the first terminal; and sending, by the network device, a second message to a second terminal and the first terminal, where the second message is used to indicate that the first terminal and the second terminal belong to a same user equipment cooperative group. According to this application, efficiency of establishing a user equipment cooperative group can be improved.

Abstract: This application provides a method for determining a transport block size and a communication apparatus, which may be used in systems such as vehicle-to-everything, V2X, and V2V. A receive-end terminal device and a transmit-end terminal device may determine a quantity of encoded symbols based on a symbol length used for sidelink communication in a time unit and a scaling factor, and may further determine a transport block size of a data channel based on the quantity of encoded symbols. Therefore, for all slots used for sidelink communication, a same quantity of encoded symbols can be determined, and a same transport block size can be further determined. In this way, initial transmission or retransmission of a transport block can be performed in each slot used for sidelink communication, to avoid a limitation on selection of a transmission resource and a resulting transmission delay.
