    Abstract: Embodiment of this application provide methods and apparatuses for communicating downlink control information. One method includes: dividing, by a terminal device, target resources into M resource subsets; determining, by the terminal device, a resource set from the M resource subsets, wherein the resource set consists of N control channel bearing resource units, N≥2, at least two of the N control channel bearing resource units belong to different resource subsets of the M resource subsets, and at least two of the N control channel bearing resource units are not consecutive in the frequency domain, wherein each of the N control channel bearing resource units includes at least two resource element groups (REGs) that are consecutive in the frequency domain, and wherein each REG of the at least two REGs comprises a plurality of resource elements (REs); and receiving, by the terminal device, downlink control information on the resource set.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a bandwidth allocation method and apparatus, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment, virtual bandwidth configuration information, where the virtual bandwidth configuration information is used for indicating a configuration of a virtual bandwidth; and performing, by the user equipment, signal reception and/or signal processing according to the virtual bandwidth indicated by the virtual bandwidth configuration information, where each virtual bandwidth is a part or all of a downlink maximum available bandwidth or a downlink transmission bandwidth, and the downlink maximum available bandwidth is a maximum bandwidth available for downlink transmission. In the embodiments of the present invention, reduction of overheads and reduction of complexity of signal reception and signal processing are implemented, and overheads and complexity of signal reception and processing feedback can be flexibly controlled.

    Abstract: This application discloses methods an apparatuses for sending and receiving uplink control information in the field of communications technology. In some implementations, a terminal device may receive first downlink control information (DCI) from a network device; determine, based on the received first DCI, that an uplink shared channel scheduled by using the first DCI is used to send only uplink control information (UCI); and send first UCI to the network device through the uplink shared channel scheduled by using the first DCI. In other words, the network device indicates to the terminal device by using DCI so that the terminal device can determine, based on an indication of the network device, whether the uplink shared channel scheduled by using the DCI is used to send only the UCI.

The method includes: sending system information, wherein the system information comprises first configuration information, wherein the first configuration information is used to indicate at least one of followings: both a fixed-downlink time-frequency resource and a fixed-uplink time-frequency resource, or, that the first configuration information is used to indicate that a type of each unit time-frequency resource is not limited. The sending method may include determining, by an access network device, a control channel candidate set corresponding to a terminal device, where the control channel candidate set includes at least one control channel candidate, the at least one control channel candidate includes at least one control channel element, the control channel candidate set is contained in at least one control channel element set, a quantity of control channel elements contained in the control channel element set is greater than or equal to a quantity of control channel elements corresponding to a maximum aggregation level supported by the terminal device. The sending method may further includes sending, by the access network device, control information to the terminal device by using at least one control channel candidate in the control channel candidate set. The control information sending method of the embodiments of the present invention can satisfy requirements of new generation radio communications systems.

    Abstract: A communication method and a communications device are provided, to improve flexibility of transmitting a physical uplink shared channel resource. In at least some embodiments, first indication information is generated by a network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate one or more frequency hopping bandwidths used by a terminal device to send a physical uplink shared channel resource to the network device. The first indication information is sent by the network device to the terminal device. The methods provided in the embodiments may be applied to a communications system, e.g., vehicle to everything (V2X), vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), internet of vehicles (IoV), to improve an autonomous driving capability of a vehicle.

    Abstract: A control information transmission method, apparatus, and systems are disclosed. An example method includes: determining configuration information of a control channel, wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of frequency domain information or time domain information, the at least one of frequency domain information or time domain information indicates a time-frequency resource occupied by the control channel, and the configuration information further comprises indication information indicating a quantity of at least one resource element set, wherein the time-frequency resource occupied by the control channel comprises the at least one resource element set; mapping control information to one or more of the at least one resource element set based on the configuration information; sending the configuration information to a terminal device; and sending the control information to the terminal device.
