摘要: An energy saving system used in an electronic device is provided. The energy saving system includes a battery for supplying the electronic device with energy; a energy detector for measuring a energy level of the battery, and transmitting a battery energy saving control signal when the measured energy level is equal to or less than a predetermined energy level; and a control unit for changing a predetermined first time period into a predetermined second time period which is shorter than the predetermined first time period according to the battery energy saving control signal, and controlling the electronic device to enter a sleep mode state when an elapsed time of not receiving any operations on the electronic device reaches the predetermined second time period.

摘要: A display apparatus adapted for a portable device is provided. The display apparatus includes a storage unit, a primary display, a secondary display, a touch pad, and a processing unit. The primary display is in a larger size than that of the secondary display. The primary display is capable of displaying a virtual keyboard in a power off state. The touch pad is positioned on the primary display, and is capable of generating an operational signal in response to a touch operation on the virtual keyboard. The processing unit is configured for recognizing the operational signal from the touch pad and performing a corresponding control on the primary display and the secondary display. A related display method adapted for the portable device is also provided.

摘要: A mute processing method used in a multi-person communication system is provided. The method is capable of automatically sending mute frames when there are no sound inputs from terminals of the multi-person communication system. The method includes the steps of: collecting input signals from a microphone; obtaining a maximum amplitude of the input signals within a present time span; sending a mute frame if each maximum amplitude of the input signals within each of previous continuous time spans is less than a predetermined amplitude and the maximum amplitude of the input signals within the present time span is still less than the predetermined amplitude, otherwise, coding the input signals within the present time span; and outputting the mute frame or coded signals. A related apparatus is also provided.

The first input device is for updating a detailed view information displayed on the primary display, and the second input device is for confirming operational inputs on the input devices. The processing unit displays a preview information on the secondary display in response to the operational input of the first input device, and updates the primary display with the detailed view information corresponding the preview information in response to the operational input of the second input device. The system includes a wireless transmission apparatus for sending radio signals in a selected frequency and a wireless reception apparatus for receiving the radio signals in the selected frequency and playing audio signals corresponding to the radio signals. The wireless transmission apparatus includes a scan unit for periodically scanning interference frequencies of candidate frequencies, and recording characteristics of each interference frequency; an evaluation value calculating module for calculating an evaluation value of each candidate frequency according to the characteristics of the corresponding interference frequencies; a frequency selection module for choosing one of the candidate frequencies as a current transmission frequency according to the evaluation values; and a transmission unit for sending radio signals in the current transmission frequency. 摘要: A wireless transmission system is provided.
