摘要: A scanning optical system manufacturing method includes receiving a scanning beam, emitted from a scanning unit including an incident optical system and a deflecting device and passed through an image-forming optical system, in an area having a width in the main scanning direction narrower than a spot diameter of the scanning beam by a light-receiving unit configured to be capable of being displaced at each image height position in the main scanning direction, calculating, based on an output of the light-receiving unit, a peak light quantity at each image height position of the scanning beam, smoothing distribution data of the peak light quantity at each of the image height position acquired by the calculating, and determining, based on the data acquired by the smoothing, either nondefective/defective states of the scanning unit and the image-forming optical system or a nondefective/defective state of only the image-forming optical system.

摘要: A mobile device includes a first housing, a second housing, a bias member, a first stopper and a second stopper. The second housing is slidably coupled to the first housing in a sliding range. The bias member biases the second housing from a middle position of the sliding range to one end of the sliding range. The first stopper is provided on the first housing, is connected to a ground of the first housing, and has electrical conductivity. The second stopper is provided on the second housing, has electrical conductivity, and comes into contact with the first stopper to define the one end of the sliding range.

摘要: In a specific macromolecule crystal detecting method according to the present invention, ultraviolet light is irradiated to sample solution, and a fluorescent image emitted from a sample in the sample solution is detected to detect specific macromolecules in the sample solution. Furthermore, by detecting the outline of the sample from the visible light image of the sample contained in the sample solution, the crystal is discriminated from other materials on the basis of the outline. By integrating the detection results of the fluorescent image and the visible light image, the specific macromolecule crystal is detected from the sample solution.

摘要: Provided are an authentication method, authentication system and a terminal device in which the authentication of a non-participating third node is can be simplified and can be executed in the case of multicast by using an authentication ticket in a distributed processing network system, the non-participating third node being intended to access each of the nodes, including a first and a second node, constituting a workgroup. The first node that has already participated in the workgroup authenticates the third node intended to participate in the workgroup and issues the authentication ticket including the signatures of both nodes, and when the authentication ticket is submitted to the second node, the second node permits the third node to access, without password-based-authentication, by authenticating the first node and the second node which have signed the authentication ticket.

摘要: The sharpness of a digital image is enhanced by an edge enhancement process in which the edge adjustment range is adjusted. The image processing apparatus of the present invention determines the edge enhancement range by calculation using a weighting matrix. Specifically, data of a target pixel and the surrounding pixels are calculated using a weighting matrix selected by a weighting selection means, and the edge enhancement range is determined by comparing this calculated value to a specific threshold value. The data of pixels within the enhancement range are then subjected to the edge enhancement process.
