    摘要: A first storage control system comprises a CHN connected to a LAN CN. The CHN comprises a NAS processor and I/O processor. The I/O processor judges whether all or a portion of block level data is to be stored in either a first storage control system or a second storage control system, on the basis of an I/O allocation control data which indicates which of either the first storage control system or the second storage control system the block level data is to be stored in. On the basis of the result of this judgment, the I/O processor transfers the block level data from the NAS processor, to at least one of the DKA and the CHF connected to the second storage control system.

    摘要: An image forming system includes: an image forming mechanism configured to form an image on a sheet of a transfer material; a post-processor configured to perform post-processing on a plurality of sheets of transfer materials, respectively, there being on at least one of which a respective image has been formed by the image forming mechanism; a transporter to transport the sheets through the post-processor along one or more transport paths; and a controller operable to do the following including, determine a first stopping condition of whether the number of sheets exceeds a reference number, and detect a second stopping condition of whether a cumulative thickness of the sheets loaded in the post-processor exceeds a reference thickness, and stop further image formation by the image forming mechanism when at least one of the first and second stopping conditions is satisfied.

    摘要: A CHN comprises NAS memory capable of storing data received from a host terminal, and a transfer destination decision circuit. When an access request is received from the host terminal, if the access request is a data access request entailing data transfer performed between the host terminal and a cache area, and if a cache address associated with a file system address included in the data access request is identified, the transfer destination decision circuit transfers the data for reading in the cache area indicated by the cache address directly to the host terminal without passing through the NAS memory, or transfers data for writing included in the access request to the cache area without passing through the NAS memory.
