    摘要: The present invention grasps in advance a portion in which traffic is concentrated and which may become a bottleneck and simplifies management of an access path. In a storage network system that forms multiple paths between a large-capacity data storage device and a host computer that employs the data storage device, and transfers data by means of a selected path, access paths are managed by a management server. The management server selects a second access path that can be used as a replacement of a first access path that connects the data storage device with the host computer, and calculates the quantity of traffic on the first access path which is associated with a device disposed on the first access path. Also, the management server calculates a variation of the quantity of traffic on the second access path which is associated with a device disposed on the second access path taking the calculated quantity of traffic into consideration. Then, the management server determines whether the device on the second access path causes a bottleneck or not, according to the calculated value of the variation of traffic on the second access path. The management server 11 transfers the determined result to the outside, for example, a display device, and notifies a manager of the determined result.

The amount of the raising and lowering movements of the piston is indicated by the relationship between the open end of the protective cover and the scale.

    摘要: A disk drive includes media for recording data, disk heads for recording data and reproducing data on the disks. The heads are supported on arms. A head actuator drives the arms moving the head to a predetermined data recording track on the disk. A spindle motor rotates the disk at a predetermined rotating speed. The spindle motor includes a rotor magnet disposed within a stator coil. The disk head and actuator motor are mounted on a pivot on opposed sides of each other. To control head positioning, first positioning data for positioning the disk heads and second positioning data are provided on each data surface. This data is detected by a data head. Second positioning data may be positioned on tracks not used for containing data. The head position is compensated by the stored second positioning information superimposed on the first positioning data.

The container comprises a paper cup body with a bottom, which has an inner surface coated with a polyolefin resin and is provided with an outward curled portion formed at an upper opening end of the cup body and at least one horizontal rib formed on a side wall of the cup body so as to project outward therefrom; and an inverse-frustoconical paper sleeve provided with an inward curled portion formed at a lower end of the sleeve. The cup body and the sleeve are integrally combined with each other so that an upper end of the sleeve is joined to an outer periphery of the side wall of the cup body, which is adjacent to the outward curled portion of the cup body, and an inner surface of the inward curled portion of the sleeve is joined to an outer periphery of a lower portion of the side wall of the cup body.

    摘要: A chip discharge conveyor system includes a partition plate disposed below a discharge run of a circulating endless hinged belt in confronted relation to the discharge belt run along the length thereof. Outer cleats are attached to an outer circumferential surface of the hinged belt, and inner cleats are attached to an inner circumferential surface of the hinged belt. At a conveyor tail end where the hinged belt makes an upward turn, small chips, which have been caught on a return run of the hinged belt, are transferred to the partition plate while they are held by and between a cylindrical member and the hinged belt. The small chips are subsequently conveyed along the partition plate and finally discharged outside a used coolant treatment tank.
