Abstract: An information sending method, an information receiving method, and a communications apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: when allocating and indicating an uplink resource to a terminal, a network device may allocate and indicate, to the terminal for a feedback, a first uplink time-frequency resource used to carry a plurality of pieces of feedback information. In this way, if the terminal sends all information before the first moment, the terminal may send, on the first uplink time-frequency resource, the information that needs to be sent during the current feedback. If there is information that is not sent by the terminal because no channel is available before the first moment, the terminal may send, on the first uplink time-frequency resource, the information that needs to be sent during the current feedback and the information that is not sent previously.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system. The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies and are used to resolve a problem of resource scheduling in Device-to-Device (D2D) communication. The method includes: sending, by a first node, first control signaling to a second node, where the first control signaling includes information about a resource for second control signaling transmission and information about a resource for data transmission; and receiving, by the second node, the first control signaling sent by the first node, and sending second control signaling to a third node by using the resource for the second control signaling transmission, and sending data to the third node by using the resource for the data transmission. The resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system can be applied to a data transmission device requiring relatively high delay performance.

Abstract: An uplink control information sending method, a network device, and a terminal are provided. A terminal determines physical uplink control channel PUCCH channel resource configuration information. The PUCCH channel resource configuration information is used to instruct the terminal to send uplink control information based on a configured PUCCH channel resource, and the PUCCH channel resource configuration information is preconfigured, or is sent by a network device. The terminal sends the uplink control information based on the PUCCH channel resource configuration information using the configured PUCCH channel resource. The uplink control information includes one or a combination of downlink data acknowledgement information, a downlink channel state information, a scheduling request, and buffer state information. According to the method, a speed of feeding back uplink control information corresponding to downlink data and a speed of performing feedback using an uplink request resource can be increased.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an information transmission method, a terminal device, and an access network device. The information transmission method provided in the embodiments of this application may include: determining resources for carrying N pieces of uplink control information (UCI) partly overlap or completely overlap in time domain, wherein the N pieces of UCI comprise at least one piece of beam channel quality information and at least one of a piece of channel state information or an acknowledgement (ACK)/a negative acknowledgement (NACK), wherein a priority of the beam channel quality information is higher than a priority of the channel state information, and/or a priority of the beam channel quality information is lower than a priority of the ACK/NACK. According to the embodiments of this application, a UCI reporting conflict can be effectively prevented.
