    Abstract: A data sending method, a related device, and a system are described. The method includes sending, by a network device, resource location information of a first reference signal and a physical channel to a terminal, where a first time-frequency resource on which the first reference signal is mapped overlaps a second time-frequency resource corresponding to the physical channel. An overlapping resource is not used to transmit the physical channel, and a third time-frequency resource in the second time-frequency resource other than the overlapping resource is used to transmit the physical channel. Alternatively, an overlapping resource is used to send a second reference signal; or an overlapping region is used to send a second reference signal, where the terminal skips sending the first reference signal, and the second reference signal is orthogonal to the first reference signal.

The method includes receiving control channel configuration information from a network device, where the control channel configuration information indicates a resource multiplexing mode of a resource set of a control channel and a common signal block, and further indicates at least one of a duration of a detection window of the control channel or a time-domain start location of the detection window of the control channel, and detecting, according to the detection window and the resource set, the control channel.

    Abstract: In a system and method of control channel transmission in the communications field, REs, except those used for transmitting a DMRS, are grouped in each physical resource block pair of L physical resource block pairs. The L physical resource block pairs are determined to be used to transmit a control channel into N eREGs. The number of valid REs are calculated except other overheads in each eREG of the N eREGs. Each of the eCCEs are mapped onto M eREGs according to the number of valid REs included in each eREG of the N eREGs of each physical resource block pair. The eCCE is sent in the REs included in the eREG.

The method includes: after a terminal sends a first preamble to a network device, determining, by both the terminal and the network device, a scramble value of a first RAR according to an ith time unit, a first frequency domain resource, and a maximum RAR time window length, where the ith time unit is a first time unit corresponding to a first time domain resource, the maximum time window length includes M time units, and M equals to an integer multiple of a quantity of time units included in a system frame of each system parameter in a plurality of system parameters for communication between the terminal and the network device. Therefore, RAR detection accuracy may be improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure includes example resource selection methods and apparatuses. The example method includes configuring a CSI process for a second device, where the CSI process corresponds to configuration information of K reference signal resources or configuration information of K reference signal antenna port groups. A reference signal is sent to the second device according to the configuration information corresponding to the CSI process, so that the second device obtains a corresponding channel quality measurement result by measuring the reference signal, where the channel quality measurement result includes a precoding matrix indicator (PMI). The PMI is used to indicate a serial number of a precoding matrix selected by the second device, and the selected precoding matrix is a matrix in a preset precoding matrix set, where the preset precoding matrix set is determined according to K and a quantity T of beams to be selected.
