The present invention relates to a high efficiency Multi Carrier wireless transceiver and a method thereof. The object of the present invention is to provide the high efficiency wireless transceiver and a method thereof which reduces the transmission bandwidth to one half of required bandwidth in the wireless transceiver system using the Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access method. The present invention particularly relates to a wireless transceiving system using the Multi Carrier modulation method among high speed radio transmission technique, and has an effect of doubling the transmission efficiency in a system using a wired or wireless transmission channel by reducing the transmission bandwidth to one half of required bandwidth by using the symmetry of a Discrete Fourier Transformed signal. The present invention is used in the Multi Carrier wireless transceiver.

A bi-directional Calling Identity Delivery (CID) system is disclosed, including a first CID unit of a destination phone set that receives, displays, and stores first CID data of a call and displays, stores, and transmits second CID data of a prior call. A call-originating terminal receives the corresponding second CID data in response to a CID data request signal. A second CID unit of a destination exchange transmits a CID data transmission control signal to the first CID unit, receives the corresponding second CID data from the first CID unit, and transmits the corresponding second CID data to the call-originating terminal. The first CID unit transmits the corresponding second CID data to the second CID unit in response to receiving the CID data transmission control signal, and the second CID unit transmits the CID data transmission control signal in response to receiving the CID data request signal initiated by the call-originating terminal.

The image-decoding method comprises the following steps: clipping a motion vector of a reference picture with a predetermined dynamic range so as to generate a clipped motion vector; storing the clipped motion vector in a buffer; deriving a motion vector of a block to be decoded using the motion vector stored in the buffer; and performing inter-prediction decoding using the motion vector of the block to be decoded. Disclosed is a remote start system for a vehicle which activates a timer configured after a vehicle is remote started when a door of the vehicle is opened. After activating the timer, a fob (e.g., a keyless remote) is searched and certified once a driver's door is closed, a brake is operated, or a predetermined time has elapsed without any operation of the vehicle. Once the fob is certified, the vehicle is converted from a remote start mode to a normal mode. If, however, the fob is not certified the remote start is terminated.
