摘要： A request destination management table that stores therein a service ID uniquely identifying a service being interrelated with a request destination to which execution of a service is requested and a report destination management table that stores therein a call ID uniquely identifying a call being interrelated with a report destination of a call state transition report indicative of state transition of the call are provided. An IP telephone receives a request for a supplementary service, obtains a request destination corresponding to a service ID of the supplementary service from the request destination management table, and transfers the request for the supplementary service to the request destination. The IP telephone receives a call state transition report, obtains a report destination corresponding to a call ID of the call state transition report from the report destination management table, and transfers the call state transition report to the report destination.

摘要： A transfer controller determines whether or not a communication message received by a receiver satisfies a predetermined condition, on the basis of data stored in a communication data storage. When the communication message received by the receiver satisfies the predetermined condition, the transfer controller stops and cancels the process for transferring the communication message performed by the relay. The transfer controller stores, in the communication data storage, data regarding the communication message relayed by the relay. When the transfer controller stops the transfer of the communication message, a proxy register generates proxy data on the basis of the data stored in the communication data storage and registers the proxy data in a proxy data storage. On the basis of the proxy data registered to the proxy data storage, a communication proxy generates a proxy transmission message and causes a transmitter to transmit the proxy transmission message.

摘要： A profile creation system is provided to enable easy communications within virtual spaces. URLs and categories are stored in the category DB 13, such that the URLs and the categories are correlated to each other. Every time a user sends a URL on a conversation system such as the IRC, a category that corresponds to the URL is identified, and stored in the user data DB 14 such that the category is correlated to the user. By having valid periods in the entries of the user data DB 14, it is possible to create a profile that reflects a user's current status. It is also possible to include rating data in the user data DB 14, along with the category. By processing messages within a channel based on the rating data and user's category, it is possible to make communications within a virtual space easier and more effective.

摘要： A file managing system manages a plurality of files shared with a plurality of users. The files are linked to each other, and are controlled in accordance with link information. The link control information may further include first propagation information which represents whether a processing performed on a first file is to be reflected to a second file so that a processing performed on the second file may be controlled, when the first file is processed, in accordance with the first propagation information.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to realize an electronic mail system wherein related electronic mail is automatically displayed when a telephone call is placed. The electronic mail system of the invention is constructed by linking an electronic mail system composed of a plurality of terminals and an electronic mail center, with a telephone system composed of a plurality of telephones and a telephone exchange, the telephones being associated in advance with individual users. The electronic mail center is equipped with means for storing a table of correspondence between user IDs and telephone numbers, a terminal interface capable of identifying the users using the terminals, and a status variable management table for managing status variables by which to recognize the mail currently displayed. The telephone exchange notifies the calling and called telephone numbers to the electronic mail center upon the reception of a call request, and the electronic mail center then identifies the user IDs in accordance with the correspondence table and transmits the related electronic mail for display on the terminals of the calling user and called user.
