摘要： This invention relates to spreading pastes containing polyurethanes which are prepared from special synthesis components selected from the group of silicone resins, polyethers or polyesters containing aromatic segments or perfluorocarbon resins. The spreading pastes also contain organic solvents and optionally non-solvents for the polyurethanes so that when the coatings are used to coat textile substrates according to the direct or transfer process, the coatings may be cured based on the principle of evaporation coagulation.

摘要： This invention relates to coating compositions based on aqueous polyurethane dispersions, as well as the use of the coating compositions for the production of top coats or finishes on flexible substrates, particularly on PVC. The present coating agents contain an aqueous polyurethane dispersion having certain physico-chemical properties and the following composition of the solid substance:(A) from about 30 to 60%, by weight, of a hexane diol-1,6-polyester diol having a molecular weight of from about 500 to 6000;(B) up to about 8%, by weight, of a relatively low molecular weight triol having a molecular weight of from about 91 to 399;(C) from about 3 to 30%, by weight, of one or more mono- or poly-functional compounds bearing cationic and/or anionic groups and/or containing non-ionic polyoxyethylene segments;(D) from about 20 to 50%, by weight, of a diisocyanate corresponding to the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, each represents hydrogen or a straight- or branched-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms;(E) from about 2.5 to 20%, by weight, of other aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates; and(F) from about 0.5 to 4%, by weight, of hydrazine; and optionally conventional additives, auxiliaries and catalysts.

摘要： The present invention relates to thermally cross-linkable coating compositions which are liquid and stable in storage at room temperature and which contain combinations of dialkyl-malonate-blocked polyisocyanates and organic polyhydroxyl compounds as binders and, optionally, auxiliaries and additives, being characterized in that the binder comprises:(a) a polyisocyanate component containing dialkyl-malonate-blocked isocyanate groups and a content of blocked isocyanate groups, expressed as NCO, based on the weight of the polyisocyanate component excluding the weight of the blocking agent, of from about 3 to 33.6% by weight, comprising(aa) at least one dialkyl-malonate-blocked, optionally alkyl-substituted diisocyanato-diphenyl methane and/or(ab) at least one dialkyl-malonate-blocked NCO-prepolymer based on excess quantities of optionally alkyl-substituted diisocyanatodiphenyl methane and organic compounds containing at least two hydroxyl groups and(b) a polyol component having an average hydroxyl functionality of greater than 2 and a content of alcoholic hydroxyl groups of from about 1.5 to 8% by weight, comprising at least one polyester polyol in quantities corresponding to an equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of from about 0.6:1 to 2:1.The present invention also relates to a process for the production of coatings by coating heat-resistant substrates of any type with these coating compositions and subsequently hardening the coating at about 90.degree. to 220.degree. C.
