    摘要: The present invention relates to colloidal metal oxides having blocked isocyanate groups, which are based on the reaction product ofA) blocked isocyanate group-containing silanes corresponding to formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R represents hydrogen or an organic group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms,X, Y and Z represent identical or different organic groups having 1 to 30 carbon atoms which are inert to isocyanate groups below 100.degree. C., provided that at least one of these groups is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy group,Q represents an organic group which contains at least one isocyanate group reacted with a blocking agent andn is 2, 3 or 4 withB) colloidal metal oxides selected from Al, Si, Ti, Ta, W, Hf, Zr, Sn and Y.The present invention also relates to the use of modified metal oxides, either alone or in combination with compounds containing at least two isocyanate-reactive groups, for the preparation of optionally expanded polyurethane plastics, lacquers or coating agents.

    摘要: The present invention relates to thermally cross-linkable coating compositions which are liquid and stable in storage at room temperature and which contain combinations of dialkyl-malonate-blocked polyisocyanates and organic polyhydroxyl compounds as binders and, optionally, auxiliaries and additives, being characterized in that the binder comprises:(a) a polyisocyanate component containing dialkyl-malonate-blocked isocyanate groups and a content of blocked isocyanate groups, expressed as NCO, based on the weight of the polyisocyanate component excluding the weight of the blocking agent, of from about 3 to 33.6% by weight, comprising(aa) at least one dialkyl-malonate-blocked, optionally alkyl-substituted diisocyanato-diphenyl methane and/or(ab) at least one dialkyl-malonate-blocked NCO-prepolymer based on excess quantities of optionally alkyl-substituted diisocyanatodiphenyl methane and organic compounds containing at least two hydroxyl groups and(b) a polyol component having an average hydroxyl functionality of greater than 2 and a content of alcoholic hydroxyl groups of from about 1.5 to 8% by weight, comprising at least one polyester polyol in quantities corresponding to an equivalent ratio of blocked isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of from about 0.6:1 to 2:1.The present invention also relates to a process for the production of coatings by coating heat-resistant substrates of any type with these coating compositions and subsequently hardening the coating at about 90.degree. to 220.degree. C.

    摘要: The present invention relates to coating composition, which is suitable for preparing light fast coatings and contains a cosolvent-free, aqueous, anionic dispersion of polyurethane-ureas, the solids content of which contains the reaction product, present at least partially in salt form, of a) an NCO prepolymer prepared from i) an aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanate, ii) a macrodiol having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 iii) a 2,2-bis-(hydroxymethyl)alkane monocarboxylic acid and iv) a diol having a molecular weight of 62 to 400, with b) optionally a diamine, c) a monofunctional chain terminating agent, d) water and e) a neutralizing agent, provided that the NCO content of the prepolymer is up to 25% lower than the theoretical value, the entire polyurethane-urea synthesis reaction is performed in the homogeneous phase and no cosolvent having a boiling range of greater than 100° C. is used during the preparation of the dispersion of polyurethane-ureas. The present invention also relates to light fast coatings prepared from these coating compositions and to a process for preparing these coating compositions. Finally, the present invention relates to peelable coatings and to a method for recycling these coatings.
