The method comprises the steps of providing a skin mimic and contacting the skin mimic and the microplate such that the skin mimic is exposed to the sample and the body. The method comprises the steps of causing at least one body to move wherein a portion of the sample is transferred to the skin mimic and quantifying the amount of the sample that is transferred to the skin mimic.

The structured surfactant phase comprises from about 5% to about 30% of a mixture of lathering surfactants, a lamellar inducing agent and a cationic polymer. The oil continuous benefit phase comprises a hydrocarbon based benefit material and a low HLB emulsifier. The low HLB emulsifier comprises an unsaturated monoglyceryl ester having from about 14 to about 30 carbon atoms. The liquid personal cleansing compositions contain from about 0.5% to about 5% of a cationic material, from about 1% to about 80% of an anionic surfactant, from about 0.01 to about 5% of a volatile perfume, and water. The ratio of cationic polymer to the anionic surfactant ranges from about 1:15 to about 1:5.
