    摘要: A piston compressor having cylinder blocks, each defining cylinder bores in which a piston is axially reciprocally arranged. Front and rear housings are connected to the cylinder blocks via valve port plates, so that compression chambers are formed between the valve port plates and the cylinder blocks and inlet and outlet chambers are formed between the valve port plates. The valve port plates form inlet and outlet ports for each of the compression chambers and inlet valves and outlet valves formed as thin resilient web members are provided for the inlet and outlet ports, respectively, to control the feeding and discharge of the gas, respectively. The valve port plates having, on the surfaces thereof facing the outlet valve around the inlet ports, a roughened area having a surface roughness value R.sub.z of between 10 to 25 .mu.m and an average spacing value L of between to 50 to 100 .mu.m.

    摘要: A multi-cylinder piston-operated compressor having a cylinder consisting of an axially combined cylinder block closed at both axial ends by front and rear housings having suction and discharge chambers therein, a reciprocative piston mechanism arranged in the cylinder for sucking, compressing, and discharging a refrigerant gas, and a connecting flange from which the refrigerant gas after compression is sent toward an air-conditioning circuit. The cylinder block and the connecting flange define a muffling chamber for deadening pulsation in the pressure of the discharged refrigerant gas. The compressor further has front and rear delivery passageways axially extending from the front and rear discharge chambers and having different axial lengths, to cause a pressure differential between the flow of the discharged refrigerant gas passing through the front delivery passageway and that of the discharged refrigerant gas passing through the rear delivery passageway, thereby producing an agitated flow of the compressed refrigerant gas within the muffling chamber.

    摘要: A swash plate type compressor having a pair of axially combined front and rear cylinder blocks forming therein a plurality of cylinder bores, a swash plate chamber, and an oil chamber in which a lubricating oil is stored to be stirred by a swash plate rotatably received in the swash plate chamber, a drive shaft centrally rotatably mounted in the combined cylinder blocks to cause a rotation of the swash plate, a plurality of reciprocatory double-headed pistons slidably fitted in the cylinder bores and operatively engaged with the swash plate via shoe members to be reciprocated by the rotation of the swash plate, a pair of thrust bearings axially supporting the swash plate, front and rear housings having suction chambers for the refrigerant gas before compression and discharge chambers for the refrigerant gas after compression, the front housing further having a shaft sealing chamber formed therein and separated from the suction chamber thereof to define an intermediate pressure chamber between the high pressure swash plate chamber and the low pressure suction chamber of the front housing, a thin fluid passageway interconnecting the shaft sealing chamber with the suction chamber. The intermediate pressure chamber and the thin fluid passageway prevent evacuation of the lubricating oil from the swash plate chamber to the suction chamber even during the rotation of the compressor at a high speed, to thereby promote a lubrication of the thrust bearings, the shoes, and the swash plate.

    摘要: A multi-piston swash plate type compressor with an internal lubricating arrangement for an air-conditioning system used in a vehicle such as an automobile including a cylinder block body having a swash plate chamber formed therein receiving a swash plate, cylinder bores formed therein for receiving pistons, and a central axial bore formed therein for receiving a driving shaft, the driving shaft being rotatably supported in the axial bore by radial bearings provided therein and by thrust bearings provided around the shaft at the sides of the swash plate. The compressor has suction and discharge chambers communicated with the cylinder bores through reed valves. The swash plate chamber is fed with a refrigerant inclusive of a lubricating oil from the air-conditioning system, and the refrigerant is then fed to the suction chamber through the axial bore. The thrust bearings have a race element surrounding the shaft, a clearance between the race element and the shaft being locally widened for increasing a flow rate of the refrigerant to be introduced into the axial bore through the thrust bearings.

    摘要: A piston type compressor having a cylinder block in which a plurality of compression chambers permit a plurality of pistons to be reciprocated so as to compress a refrigerant sucked from a suction chamber formed in an end housing into the compression chambers through suction ports of a valve plate openably closed by a plurality of suction reed valves. The compressor also has a valve stop construction for stopping the movement of the suction reed valves when the valves reach the opening position thereof apart from the valve plate. The valve stop construction includes recessed seats formed in an axial end face of the cylinder block so as to permit a portion of the free end of respective suction reed valves to be first seated on the recessed seats, and to permit the remaining portion of the free end of the suction reed valves to be stably seated on the recessed seats. The gradual stoppage of the suction reed valves suppresses vibration of the valves and prevents noise.
