    摘要: A field measuring instrument such as a differential pressure/pressure transmitter, an electromagnetic flow meter, a temperature transmitter, or the like which is used for industrial measurement includes a counter which is periodically counted up at a predetermined interval and outputs an interruption signal; a work memory which can temporarily store data; an EEPROM which can store a total operating time of the field measuring instrument and a flag indicative of an abnormality; and a processing unit for receiving the interruption signal of the counter, for incrementing the total time operating times in the work memory, for storing the incremented total operating time into the EEPROM, for self-diagnosing apparatuses in the field measuring instrument and data in accordance with self-diagnosis programs provided in the processing unit, for producing a flag indicative of a state of an abnormality when the abnormality is detected, and for storing the flag into the EEPROM together with the total operating time stored in the work memory.

    摘要: A two-wire communication system comprising a transmitting unit having constant current characteristics for controlling an output current thereof on the basis of a signal supplied from a sensor, a receiving unit for receiving a control signal to control the sensor, a load resistor and power supply connected in series with the transmitting unit via a two-wire transmission path, and a communication unit so connected in parallel to the load resistor as to convey the output current of the transmitting unit to the process side and control a current from the power supply transmitted onto the transmission path on the basis of information supplied from the process side. With this configuration, a communication system is provided which makes possible replacing process variable transmitters in a conventional analog control system or installing process variable transmitters in a new analog control system, which makes possible remotely setting and adjusting the transmitter function by the communication unit in the above described system, which makes it possible for the control computer to control as far as terminals, and which facilitates digitization of the system.

When the job is to be transferred by the transfer unit, the job handle generated by the generating unit is transmitted from the first image input/output apparatus to the second image input/output apparatus before the transfer of the job.

    摘要: In a masking sound generation apparatus, a CPU analyzes a speech utterance speed of a received sound signal. Then, the CPU copies the received sound signal into a plurality of sound signals and performs the following processing on each of the sound signals. Namely, the CPU divides each of the sound signals into frames on the basis of a frame length determined on the basis of the speech utterance speed. Reverse process is performed on each of the frames to replace a waveform of the frame with a reverse waveform, and a windowing process is performed to achieve a smooth connection between the frames. Then, the CPU randomly rearranges the order of the frames and mixes the plurality of sound signals to generate a masking sound signal.
