    摘要: A method for producing an electro-optical apparatus includes forming a WSi film by sputtering including bombarding a target with plasma ions of an atmosphere injected into a vacuum chamber under reduced pressure to eject particles from the target and depositing the particles on a substrate to be used to form the electro-optical apparatus. The WSi film is formed in such a manner that the average deposition rate of the WSi film deposited on the substrate is equal to or higher than an average deposition rate at the limit of discharge maintenance in sputtering and 35 Å/s or less.

    摘要: In a lithium-ion secondary battery of the present invention, the electrical resistivity of the mixture of a positive electrode active material, an electrically conductive member, and a binder is 0.1 Ωcm or more but 1 Ωcm or less. The positive and negative electrodes each have an electrical capacity of 10 mAh or more but 50 mAh or less per volume of a rectangular parallelepiped that has a 1 cm2 square base on a face of the electrode of one polarity facing the electrode of the other polarity and that has a height equal to the thickness of the electrode of the one polarity at the square base. Used as the negative electrode thereof is a negative electrode formed by sintering graphite powder, non-graphitizing carbon, and fibrous powder retained in the pores of a porous metal structure in an inert gas atmosphere at a temperature of between 600 and 1000° C.

    摘要: Wavelet transformation is performed at a plurality of levels as to image signals. A first buffer stores, independently for each of the levels, a part of coefficients from results of analysis filtering in a horizontal direction of the image signals. A second buffer stores, independently for each of the levels, a part of coefficients generated in a computation process of analysis filtering in a vertical direction of the image signals. A vertical filtering unit performs the vertical direction analysis filtering, using coefficients read out from the first and second buffers. A horizontal filtering unit performs analysis filtering in the horizontal direction, using coefficients from the results of the vertical direction analysis filtering as the input of the horizontal direction analysis filtering for the next level, except for the final level of the levels.
