    摘要: When an air conditioner is turned on during homogeneous operation, an equivalence ratio correction factor &Dgr;&phgr; is increased sharply and suddenly in such a manner as to show a jump for thereby increasing an engine output torque, and thereafter is decreased gradually with increase of a cylinder intake air quantity, whereby to maintain the engine output torque constant. However, when switching to a homogeneous mode occurs in the middle of the above control, switching to proper torque correction is not carried out at the time of a homogeneous combustion mode, i.e., torque correction by the use of ignition timing but the torque correction by the equivalence ratio correction factor &Dgr;&phgr; continuously. By this, in contrast to the case in which the torque correction is switched to one that is carried out by the use of ignition timing correction quantity, a sharp and sudden variation of engine output torque can be prevented. In the meantime, after completion of the torque correction by the above mentioned control, the torque correction at the time of the homogeneous combustion mode is carried out by ignition timing correction. Further, when the combustion mode is switched to stratified combustion during execution of torque correction by ignition timing correction at the time of the homogeneous combustion mode, the torque correction is switched to one that is carried out by the use of the equivalence ratio correction factor simultaneously with switching of the combustion mode.

    摘要: A centrifuge microscope that includes: a rotary disk in which are provided a slit and a sample chamber; a light source for illumination; a projecting optical system; and an objective lens. The projecting optical system includes an imaging lens, a pair of reflecting mirrors, and a projecting lens which are constructed and arranged such that an erect image or an inverted image of the slit is projected on a sample contained in the sample chamber. During rotation of the rotary disk, the slit image and the sample sweep by each other in front of the objective lens, whereby the sample can be observed via the objective lens as a still image having better definition.

    摘要: A film forming method for forming a thin film including boron, nitrogen, silicon, and carbon on a surface of a processing target by supplying a boron containing gas, a nitriding gas, a silane-based gas, and a hydrocarbon gas in a processing container in which the processing target is accommodated to be vacuum sucked includes: a first process which forms a BN film by performing a cycle of alternately and intermittently supplying the boron-containing gas and the nitriding gas once or more; and a second process which forms a SiCN film by performing a cycle of intermittently supplying the silane-based gas, the hydrocarbon gas, and the nitriding gas once or more. Accordingly, the thin film including boron, nitrogen, silicon, and carbon with a low-k dielectric constant, an improved wet-etching resistance, and a reduced leak current can be formed.
