    Abstract: A method and apparatus for RACH-less activation in a wireless communication system is provided. The wireless device deactivates a Secondary Cell Group (SCG). The wireless device detects a beam failure of a Primary SCell (PSCell) in the SCG. The wireless device initiates a SCG failure information procedure to report the SCG failure. The wireless device skips a Media Access Control (MAC) reset procedure, wherein the MAC reset procedure includes stopping a Time Alignment Timer (TAT) for the SCG; transmitting SCG failure information. The wireless device determines that a random access procedure is not needed for activation of the SCG, based on the TAT being not expired.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to handling a connection re-establishment in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a conditional mobility command; initiating a conditional mobility based on the conditional mobility command; performing a radio link monitoring (RLM) on a source cell during the conditional mobility; and performing a radio resource control (RRC) re-establishment based on that the conditional mobility fails and a radio link failure (RLF) occurs as a result of the RLM.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for loop problem handling of conditional mobility, e.g., conditional handover (CHO) is provided. A wireless device configured to operate in a wireless communication system receives, from a network node serving the source cell, a mobility command for conditional mobility. The mobility command includes 1) target cell configurations associated to one or more target cells, and 2) information informing that it is allowed to perform the conditional mobility up to a maximum number of trials for the conditional mobility upon detecting a failure. The wireless device selects a cell from among the one or more target cells upon detecting the failure, and performs the conditional mobility by applying a target cell configuration associated to the selected cell, from among the target cell configurations included in the mobility command, based on the information included in the mobility command.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for declaring a radio link failure (RLF) by a radio resource control (RRC) layer of a user equipment (UE). The method may include: receiving information on failure of beam recovery, from a lower layer of the UE; receiving at least one out-of-sync (OOS) signal, from the lower layer of the UE; and when a number of OOS signals which is received after receiving the information on failure of beam recovery satisfies a threshold value, declaring the RLF.
