    Abstract: A method and apparatus for support of service continuity between stand-alone non-public network (SNPN) and public land mobile network (PLMN) is provided. A wireless device transmits, to an access and mobility management function (AMF) of a source network, a protocol data unit (PDU) session establishment request to establish a PDU session with the source network via a non-3GPP interworking function (N3IWF) of the source network. The PDU session establishment request includes information informing that data delivery is not available via the PDU session. The wireless device determines to move from the source network to a target network, and transmits, to a user plane function (UPF) of the source network, mobility information informing that the wireless device moves from the source network to the target network.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for support of service continuity for handover between stand-alone non-public network (SNPN) and public land mobile network (PLMN) is provided. A session management function (SMF) of a first network transmits, to a user plane function (UPF) of the first network, a duplication request for the UPF of the first network to duplicate downlink (DL) data and send the duplicated DL data to both a next generation radio access network (NG-RAN) of the first network and a non-3GPP interworking function (N3IWF) of the first network. The SMF of the first network further transmits, to the N3IWF of the first network, a data buffering request for the N3IWF of the first network to buffer the duplicated DL data.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting a link congestion detection in a in an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network is provided. An IAB-donor-central unit (CU) performs downlink (DL) transmission, receives information about a problem on a backhaul (BH)-radio link control (RLC) channel between a first IAB-node and a second IAB-node, and stop/reduces the DL transmission to the second IAB-node via the BH-RLC channel between the first IAB-node and the second IAB-node based on the information. The IAB-donor-CU may select a path towards the second IAB-node other than the BH-RLC channel between the first IAB-node and the second IAB-node, and perform DL transmission towards the second IAB-node via the selected path.

    Abstract: A new cell specific procedure and/or a mobility procedure may be defined to more efficiently support a network slice function in new radio access technology (NR), which is a part of a 5G communication system. In terms of a radio access network (RAN)—RAN interface, the cell specific procedure comprises that a first RAN node transmits a first indicator related with the slice support of the first RAN node to a second RAN node, and receives from the second RAN node a second indicator related with the slice support of the first RAN node. The mobility procedure comprises that a target RAN node transmits a path change request message including slice-related information to a core network (CN) node, and receives from the CN node a path change response message including at least one of a common control plane function (C-CPF) identifier (ID), a finally selected slice-related ID or U-Plane information.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for dual connectivity support for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication is provided. When a master node (MN) belonging to a first radio access technology takes role of signaling to a wireless device in multi-RAT dual connectivity (MR-DC) option 3/7, the MN receives authorization information on a second RAT for the wireless device from a core network node, and transmits a request for a radio resource of the second RAT to a secondary node (SN) belonging to the second RAT. The request includes the authorization information on the second RAT for the wireless device. Upon receiving information on the radio resource from the SN, the MN transmits a message to the wireless device based on the information on the radio resource.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for resuming, by a distribution unit (DU) of a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) connection in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus for supporting the same. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a terminal, an RRC connection resume request message; transmitting, to a central unit (CU) of the base station, an initial uplink (UL) RRC message transfer message including the RRC connection resume request message; receiving, from the CU, a UE context setup request message including a list of radio bearers to be set up; and transmitting, to the CU, the UE context setup response message including a list of established radio bearers.
