摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for synchronization signal block selection. One method includes receiving multiple synchronization signal blocks on a first wideband carrier. Each synchronization signal block includes at least one synchronization signal and a physical broadcast channel. The method includes detecting at least one synchronization signal block of the synchronization signal blocks, determining at least one synchronization signal frequency associated with the at least one detected synchronization signal block, and selecting a first synchronization signal block of the at least one detected synchronization signal block and a first synchronization signal frequency of the at least one synchronization signal frequency. The first synchronization signal block is associated with the first synchronization signal frequency. The method includes decoding a first physical broadcast channel of the first synchronization signal block, and determining whether to reselect the first synchronization signal block based on a result of decoding the first physical broadcast channel.

摘要: A method and apparatus is provided, where a respective reference signal associated with each of one or more downlink transmit antenna ports in a wireless communication network is received. A value is determined for each of one or more measurable characteristics relative to each of the received reference signals. One or more parameters are received, the parameters including one or more adjustments, where each adjustment is specific to one of the downlink transmit antenna ports and include adjustments in the form of one or more respective offset values to be applied to at least some of the one or more determined values of the measurable characteristics of the received reference signals. At least one downlink transmit antenna port is then to function as a serving downlink transmit antenna port for the user equipment, based upon a comparison of the resulting values of the measurable characteristics of the received reference signals after the received one or more adjustments have been applied to the corresponding determined values.

One method includes receiving a handover command message from a first cell, wherein: the handover command message includes first information that indicates a configuration of a second cell, random access channel resources on the second cell, and a first reference signals associated with the second cell; each of the first reference signals is associated with a random access channel resource; second information indicates skip configurations and second reference signals are associated with the second cell; and each of the second reference signals is associated with a random access skip configuration. The method includes receiving a first set of downlink reference signals and a second set of downlink reference signals. The method includes, selecting a first downlink reference signal and determining whether to perform a random access procedure.

One apparatus includes a transceiver that transmits groupcast data via sidelink communication to a set of UEs and receives negative acknowledgement feedback via sidelink communication from at least one UE of the set, the negative acknowledgement feedback indicating unsuccessful reception of the groupcast data. The apparatus includes a processor that determines a retransmission mode based on a number of UEs sending negative acknowledgement feedback and controls the transceiver to send selectively beamformed retransmission of the groupcast data according to the determined retransmission mode.

摘要: A resource assignment can be received. A first set of time-frequency resources in a subframe can be determined from the resource assignment. A second set of time-frequency resources in the subframe can be determined. The second set of time-frequency resources can be used for a second latency data transmission. The second set of time-frequency resources can overlap with at least a portion of the first set of time-frequency resources. A first latency data transmission in the subframe can be decoded based on the determined first and second set of time-frequency resources. The first latency transmission can have a longer latency than the second latency transmission.
