摘要： The two-sided magnetic recording and reproduction device according to the present invention is very simple in structure in which a single negative pressure generating type stabilizing plate is used to achieve good contact of two magnetic heads with the front and backside of a magnetic disc, whereby position adjustment and assembly work of the individual members can be simplified to achieve a reduction in cost, the frictional resistance of the stabilizing plate to the magnetic disc can be reduced to reduce the driving torque, and abrasion to the magnetic disc and the magnetic heads can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the upper and lower heads are inclined to the inside and outside with respect to the magnetic disc, or, the surface of the stabilizing plate opposing the magnetic disc is inclined in the direction to the inner and outer peripheral sides, the gaps of the upper and lower magnetic heads are caused over their entire widths to come in sliding contact, thereby achieving a very good and stable head contact.In addition, since there is provided supporting means for elastically supporting one of the upper and lower magnetic heads, a good contact of the magnetic heads following the magnetic disc is achieved, thereby enabling stable recording and reproduction.

摘要： The terminal locking block is mounted to the connector housing in two steps, first in a provisional engagement condition and then in a full engagement condition. In the provisional engagement condition, a stopper formed at the rear inside of the terminal locking block stays out of terminal insertion passages, allowing terminal lugs to be inserted into the terminal accommodating chambers, in which the terminal lugs are held by resilient engagement pieces of the connector housing. When the terminal locking block is pushed down and advanced forwardly into the full engagement condition, the stopper is situated immediately behind protrusions of the terminal lugs, thus securely locking them. When it is desired to remove the terminal lugs from the connector housing, the terminal locking block is retracted to the provisional engagement condition and the resilient engagement piece is pried open by a jig to disengage the terminal lug. At this time, a restraining projection formed at the front inside of the terminal locking block prevents the resilient engagement piece from being deflected too much, thus protecting it from being broken.

Each sandwich structure unit comprises a plurality of core members or ribs arrayed in spaced apart relation and sandwiched by a top and bottom plate members, and insulating materials filled into the spaces defined by the core members and the top and bottom plate members, and each core member or rib comprises a pair of plywood sheet members spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance by spacers, and insulating materials filled into the space or spaces defined by the sheet members and spacers. The above construction not only gives much strength to the heat insulation structure in addition to the improved ability to interrupt heat conduction, but also reduces the fabrication cost.
