摘要: A humidity sensor as well as a humidity detection circuit are disclosed, the former employing a humidity sensitive material the electric resistance of which varies in response to the variance of humidity in an atmosphere and the latter employing such humidity sensitive material. The humidity sensor comprises a base plate made of aluminum or the like with a humidity sensitive material formed on the base plate so as to form a film of a high molecular polymer unit which contains a reactive cationic monomer unit, is capable of detecting humidity over a wide range shows little variance in nature in a high humidity atmosphere of organic gas, and has a long life. The humidity detection circuit comprises an oscillation circuit, a pair of electrodes which are connected by means of the humidity sensor and to one of which is supplied the output of the oscillation circuit as an input, and an amplifier circuit which is connected to the other one of the pair of electrodes. The humidity detection circuit is advantageous in that it can be used for a long period of time without varying the characteristics thereof.

摘要: An oil separator capable of preventing breakage in a float with an extremely simple configuration is provided. An oil separator is to separate oil in a refrigerant that is discharged from a compressor and return the oil to the compressor. The oil separator includes: a tank, into which a refrigerant discharged from the compressor flows; a float having a hollow therein that is held vertically movably in the tank, the float moving up and down with a change of an oil level in the tank; and a needle valve to return oil in the tank to the compressor in accordance with up/down movement of the float. The float includes an equalizing tube having a lower end that opens at a bottom part in the float and an upper end that opens outside of the float and above the oil level in the tank.

摘要: A designing apparatus includes an initial estimating portion, a general power supply noise analyzing portion, a layout designing portion, a detail estimating portion, a detail power supply noise analyzing portion, and a layout adjusting portion. The initial estimating portion estimates general values of an entire consumed current and an entire on-chip capacitance. Based on the estimated general values, the general power supply noise analyzing portion creates a lumped constant circuit model so as to conduct a power supply noise analysis, for computing a current-capacitance ratio. Based on the current-capacitance ratio, the layout designing portion performs placement of cells for each of predetermined regions obtained by dividing a placement region. The detail estimating portion creates a lumped constant circuit model for each of the predetermined regions so as to estimate detail values of the consumed current and the on-chip capacitance for each of the predetermined regions. Based on the detail values, the detail power supply noise analyzing portion conducts a detail power supply noise analysis. Based on a result of the detail power supply noise analysis, the layout adjusting portion performs adjustment of the placement of the cells.
