摘要： The invention provides an antenna apparatus including a driven element formed of a rectangular conductor, and a grounding plate which is arranged in proximity to at least one of side edges of the driven element, with a predetermined interval secured therebetween. 摘要： A NRD guide includes a pair of parallel plate conductors opposed to each other at a spacing equal to or shorter than half the wavelength of a high-frequency signal to be transmitted and having opposing inner surfaces whose arithmetic average roughness Ra satisfies 0.1 &mgr;m≦Ra≦50 &mgr;m, and a dielectric strip arranged between the pair of parallel plate conductors and held in contact with the respective inner surfaces of the parallel plate conductors. The dielectric strip is strongly secured to the inner surfaces to exhibit an excellent durability. The transmission loss of the high-frequency signal can be effectively suppressed.

摘要： A disturbance compensation system for a camera on board a spacecraft and having an imaging device and condensing means for condensing light onto the imaging device. Linear actuators adjust the position of the imaging device by moving it with multifreedom. A control circuit computes, in response to position information associated with the imaging device, an amount in which the position of the imaging device should be corrected, and controls the linear actuators on the basis of the computed amount.

摘要： A cutting apparatus for cutting tobacco leaves into small pieces. The cutting apparatus has a feed belt conveyor including a plurality of parallel narrow endless belts. At the tail section of the feed belt conveyor is provided a pulley on which a plurality of lower rotary cutting blades are coaxially mounted. The diameter of the blades is larger than that of the pulley and each lower cutting blade projects from between adjacent narrow endless belts. There are further provided a plurality of upper rotary cutting blades above the lower rotary cutting blades and each upper rotary cutting blade overlaps each corresponding lower rotary cutting blade. The endless belts are led to proceed from the pulley but not to proceed beyond the outfeeding edges of the lower rotary cutting blades and then return to the head section after they pass the overlap section.
