    摘要: A surface-mount type antenna includes a rectangular-parallelepiped base body made of a dielectric or magnetic material, having a first surface to be placed on a target substrate, second to fifth surfaces that are continuous with the first surface, and a sixth surface located in parallel with the first surface; a ground electrode formed on at least one of the second to fifth surfaces; two radiating electrodes that are continuous with the ground electrode and extend over two or more adjacent surfaces of the second to sixth surfaces; and two feeding electrodes formed on at least one of the second to fifth surfaces so as to be spaced apart circumferentially of the continuum of the second to fifth surfaces to provide the ground electrode in between. The feeding electrode is capacitance-coupled to the radiating electrode for effecting feeding.

    摘要: An surface-mount type antenna includes a rectangular parallelepiped base body, a feeding terminal formed at one-end-side part of one side surface thereof, and a radiating electrode, to one end of which is connected the feeding terminal, disposed such that its other end is routed from one-end-side part of one side surface, through one-end-side part of one principal surface, to another-end-side part of one principal surface, and extends from the other-end-side part to the one end side part parallelly with a ridge of the base body, and is eventually formed into an open end. An antenna apparatus is constructed by mounting the surface-mount type antenna on a mounting substrate having a feeding electrode and a ground conductor layer with a linear side edge located near the feeding electrode, with the ridge of the base body arranged parallel to the linear side edge of the ground conductor layer.

    摘要: In a surface-mount type antenna, a substantially-rectangular solid base body has a feeding terminal and a ground terminal formed on its one side surface. A radiating electrode has its one end connected to the ground terminal and is disposed helically across the surfaces of base body extending from one side surface to one principal surface. Another end of radiating electrode extends from one principal surface, through another side surface, toward another principal surface, to form a wide-area portion facing the feeding terminal. An antenna apparatus is constructed by mounting the surface-mount type antenna on a mounting substrate having formed thereon a feeding electrode, a ground electrode, and a ground conductor layer, and simultaneously connecting the feeding terminal and the ground terminal to the feeding electrode and the ground electrode, respectively.

    摘要: In order to provide a small size antenna where excellent antenna properties can be stably gained, a frequency adjustment is easy and a simple measurement is possible, according to the present invention, a small size antenna formed of a conductor of at least two adjoining surfaces of a base in rectangular parallelepiped form made of dielectric ceramics is characterized in that: a step is made of a flat portion parallel to one surface of the two adjoining surfaces and an inclining portion located between the one surface and the flat portion, in a corner portion of the two surfaces on which the conductor is formed; the width of the flat portion is 0.08 mm or less; and a border portion between the flat portion and the other surface of the two adjoining surfaces is a curve having a curvature radius R of 0.03 mm to 0.2 mm.
