    摘要: Systems, methods, and devices are provided for protecting a multiuser (MU) transmission between an access point and a plurality of wireless stations. The access point may transmit a frame that is addressed to multiple stations in a wireless network. Each of the stations addressed by the frame may respond with an identical clear-to-send frame. In some instances, the clear-to-send frames transmitted by each wireless station may utilize the same scrambling code utilized by the frame transmitted by the access point, use the same modulation and coding scheme, and/or occupy the same frequency bands such that the multiple clear-to-send frames are combined in the air and detected as a single frame by the access point. In some instances, the access point may thereafter transmit an uplink reference frame to trigger the wireless stations to transmit an uplink data request frame to the access point.

    摘要: A wireless device initiates an Up-Link Trigger Based Multi-User communication by transmitting a trigger frame. The communication may be an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access communication. The trigger frame includes allocation information for resources of the communication, including Random Access (RA) allocation information. The trigger frame may also include a padding field after the allocation information. A length of the padding field is determined according to an amount of time needed for a station receiving the trigger frame to process the RA allocation information. The amount of time may correspond to a time between an end of a last RA allocation information and an end of a Physical layer Protocol Data Unit including the trigger frame. The amount of time may be determined according to a maximum processing time of stations associated with the wireless device, or may be determined according to a predetermined interval.
