摘要: A method of flexible photovoltaic device manufacture in which an inorganic separation layer and inorganic first protective film layer are formed on a supporting substrate. On the inorganic first protective film, a first electrode, an amorphous silicon photovoltaic layer, a second electrode, and a second protective film are formed in that order. Then the supporting substrate and the inorganic separation layer are separated. The inorganic separation layer is a material that bonds weakly with both the supporting substrate and the inorganic first protective film.

摘要: Disclosed is a silver halide color photographic material comprising a silver halide emulsion layer on a support, wherein said layer contains a dispersion of fine oleophilic grains, which grains contain at least one nondiffusible oil-soluble cyan coupler capable of forming a substantially nondiffusible dye by coupling with the oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent and at least one coupler solvent which is immiscible with water and has no aromatic group in the molecule and which has a melting point of 100.degree. C. or lower and has a boiling point or decomposition point of 140.degree. C. or higher. As the characteristic feature of the invention, the dispersion of said fine oleophilic grains is formed by emulsifying and dispersing a mixture solution comprising at least one of the coupler, at least one of the coupler solvent and at least one water-insoluble and organic solvent-soluble homopolymer or copolymer. By the combination of the coupler, coupler solvent and polymer, the light fastness and dark fastness of the photographic material is improved. In particular, the stability of the coating composition is improved, and the color balance of the color image formed may be maintained well after being stored even under high temperature and high moisture conditions.

摘要: To automatic assembly of a semiconductor device, a robot having 6 degrees of freedom is provided for effecting conveyance among prior automated devices. The robot includes a readout means for reading an identification number of a magazine for housing lead frames therein for identifying each magazine. The robot also includes a sampling station for quality control within the working range thereof. The robot includes a control means for storing magazines drawn out for quality control. Accordingly, no disturbance is produced in article flows among the component devices. The system further includes an inputting means for inputting a lot number of lead frames within the magazines. Thus, lots are reliably controlled because of one-to-one correspondence between the lot number and the identification number of the magazine.

摘要: A printer having a print ribbon feed mechanism is disclosed which allows optimal feeding of a print ribbon, eliminating unnecessary consumption of the ribbon. The mechanism includes first and second clamp means mounted on a stationary section and a print carrier of the machine, respectively, which are both controlled in accordance with movement of a print head from and to a print enabling position. Means are provided which are connected to a carrier indexing mechanism for impositively driving print ribbon supply and takeup spools disposed on the stationary section to wind a print ribbon onto them during a carrier return operation whereas they allow the ribbon to be unwound from the ribbon spools when the carrier advances.
