The first and the second fork end are bent in a shape that is undulated in cross-section and is oriented toward the fuel injector, a radius of the undulated bending each forming a support area.

The adjustment sleeve, on the inflow side, overlaps a step formed in the central opening. On the inflow side of the step, a gap is formed between the adjustment sleeve and a wall of the central opening. The adjustment sleeve has at least one cutout at an inflow-side end.

    摘要: A fuel injector including a fuel intake, having an excitable actuating device using which a valve-closure member can be moved, having a fixed valve seat configured on a valve seat element, with which valve-closure member cooperates for opening and closing the valve. Also included in the fuel injector are a fuel outlet provided downstream of the valve seat, and a sleeve-shaped connecting part, that has an interior longitudinal opening and that receives the valve seat element. The thin-wall connecting part has formations that increase the rigidity and prevent a bending or a folding of the connecting part, the formations being executed in the shape of longitudinal creases. The valve is particularly well-suited for use in fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, spark-ignited internal combustion engines.

The dismantling device has a jacket body which at least partially surrounds the fuel injector, an engagement section, which engages with the fuel injector, via a contact face projecting radially inward. The engagement section of the jacket body surrounds the fuel injector over a maximum angle range of 180° between two free ends. The contact face tapers in the direction of free ends of the engagement section.

    摘要: A fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines which includes an elongated, axially running, thin-walled, non-magnetic sleeve. At its downstream end, the sleeve has a bottom section, which runs substantially normal to the otherwise axial extent of the sleeve along a longitudinal valve axis. A valve needle, which is securely joined to an armature and a valve-closure member, can move axially within a feed-through opening of the sleeve. The valve-closure member cooperates with a valve-seat surface provided on a valve-seat body, the valve-seat body being pressed into the sleeve and likewise abutting, for example, on the bottom section of the sleeve. The sleeve constituted as a drawn sheet-metal part extends axially over more than half of the axial length of the fuel injector. The fuel injector is suited for applications in fuel-injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuated valve is provided having that an axially movable valve needle, which is formed by an armature, a valve closing body and a connection piece connecting the two. The tubular connection piece has two elongated slots, which do not extend over the entire length of the connection piece, but at least over 75% of its length. Thus there are two spring-elastic half-shells in the slotted area. The valve closing body is attached at the unslotted end of the connection piece. The valve is particularly well suited for use in fuel injection systems of compressed-mixture, externally ignited internal combustion engines.

The fuel injection valve also includes a valve closing body which can move between a closed position in contact with the valve seat face and an open position elevated from the valve seat face. The coupling includes a first sheet metal part, and the valve seat carrier includes a second sheet metal part. The sheet metal parts are shaped by a deformation stress exceeding the yield point of their material and they are joined together to form the casing.
