Abstract: Described herein are systems, servers, devices, methods, and media for validating, improving, and predicting emergency locations. In some embodiments, disclosed herein is a method for validating a reported location associated with an emergency request comprises: detecting an emergency request from a first device; identifying a reported location associated with the emergency request; identifying one or more attributes associated with the emergency request; determining a location accuracy metric for the emergency request using the one or more attributes; comparing the location accuracy metric to a first accuracy threshold, wherein the reported location is converted to a validated location when the location accuracy metric meets the first accuracy threshold; and, in response to the location accuracy metric meeting the first accuracy threshold, providing the validated location to one or more recipients comprising a public safety answering point (PSAP).

Abstract: A method of testing an emergency network, includes: simulating, by test logic, a public emergency network entity and a plurality of interfaces between the public emergency network entity and a test device; monitoring, by the test logic, the plurality of interfaces to determine that data flowed correctly on each interface in response to an emergency alert sent from the test device such that the emergency alert is not actually sent to the public emergency network entity; and determining, by the test logic, a test status for each interface indicating a success or failure of a test, for each interface, the test status based on data correctness such that the test confirms that the emergency alert and associated emergency data would be sent to the public emergency network entity correctly.

Abstract: A disclosed method includes receiving an emergency data request with a patient identifier; retrieving protected data from a database corresponding to the patient identifier; and displaying the protected data on an emergency responder device display. Another disclosed method includes pushing a plurality of anonymized candidate profiles associated with a device identifier to an emergency network entity, in response to initiation of an emergency session by a device having the device identifier where the anonymized candidate profiles provide anonymized patient information without exposing protected data related to a patient and correspond to a non-anonymized medical profile for the patient; receiving a request from the emergency network entity for a specific non-anonymized medical profile corresponding to one of the plurality of anonymized candidate profiles; and providing a non-anonymized medical data profile corresponding to the specific anonymized candidate profile to the emergency network entity in response to the request.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, servers, devices, methods, and media for providing and managing access to emergency data. In some embodiments, a method for managing access to emergency data for emergency service providers by an emergency management system includes the steps of: determining a first set of data categories to be made accessible to an emergency service provider (ESP), wherein the first set of data categories is selected from a second set of data categories; detecting an emergency alert from an electronic device; associating the ESP with the emergency alert; gathering emergency data associated with the emergency alert available for the first set of data categories; and securely transmitting, to the ESP, the emergency data associated with the emergency alert available for the first set of data categories.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and media capable of generating and implementing emergency flows. The emergency flow is highly customizable and can connect with various stakeholders (user, emergency contacts, corporate representatives, emergency service provider personnel, etc.). The systems, methods, and media can be triggered in various ways including user input (e.g. voice command) or by sensors (e.g. by using sound detection capabilities).
